Yep! Depending on whether you want to count images (like the blink-and-you’ll-miss-it picture of Henry from Next to Normal) and dialogue/sound effects (like Melchior’s “JAAAAA” or Nick Bottom’s “That’s right, I said it”), the number of musical references is somewhere in the high thirties or low forties.
