Just ❤ it!!! Problem for me is that my "need" and "want" list do not play nice with my bank account.😊
I love how the cards turned out. The embossed background, the gorgeous colors of the leaves. Wow!! I do not play with my sprays very often. I need to get them out!
And I agree- can’t have too many leaves. Can’t have too many snowflakes! 😀
I needed an idea for a fall wedding card in jewel tones for next weekend, and boom, Amy shows up for the win! Such a lovely card, not too hard or time consuming! And ink smushing is involved! Too much fun! Off to my craft room now to create! Thanks for the inspiration!
Great job on the ink smooshing. The leaves turned out gorgeous. I love the simplicity of the white embossed card with the color pop of the leaves. ❤
Yes, you can have too many snowflakes! By month three of the real deal, and needing to shovel 2-3 times a day during a lake effect storm, you absolutely can have too many snowflakes! However, I agree that you can never have too many metal die snowflakes! 😂
Hahaha! So true 😂
we get snow piled up several feet here after a good blizzard - and it takes Chris and I hours to shovel out our driveway if not days depending on how much is coming down lol. I like snow, I don't like constantly having to dig ourselves out of it every winter lol
Still one of my favorite card creators. Thank you! Hugs!💕
So pretty the final look. 🍁 ❤
Hahaha. I’m so glad to know I’m not the only one who thinks that you can’t have too many snow flake stamps/die cuts/embossing folders! 😂
Amy love love your card. They look so real the way you did it.❤️
they look very realistic! great job Amy
I love the colors you used on the leaves! Beautiful 😻
Absolutely gorgeous cards!! Love the leaves!
The cards are simply stunning! The colors and the splatter makes me so envious of those that get fall. Here in the Texas Panhandle, we get faux fall. About 2 days of falling weather, proceeded by another 2 weeks of summer. Then full on Mother Nature hates us winter. LOL! Thanks for the inspiration.
Sounding like a broken record but these are just glorious. Thanks for the inspiration 😀
Can hardly stand how cool these cards are. You nailed the leaves! The inside is so perfect too. !!!
Love those leaves.
Cards are great
Beautiful cards ! The leaves look amazing
Leaves and card is gorgeous!
I bought the sprays eons ago and have never used them. Now I will. Beautiful cards. Thanks so much!
Love love love those leaves!
I love leaves and Autumn and love them together........ beautiful card, but what else do you expect, it's an Amy card.....thank you 💕💕💕
So pretty 😍 I am a leaf lover, can never have to many leaves!
So realistic! Thank you.
These leaves are fantastic! I love how fun that technique looks - it will be coming to my craft room soon!❤
Stunning cards Amy 🥰 I love your color choices, the leafs and your card designs ❤️ thanks for sharing your creativity Hugs xx
Love these cards Amy..what fun...❤😊
Can you ever have too many leaves or snowflake dies? 😂😂😂
Lovely leaves. TFS
So simple and completely beautiful ❤❤❤
WOW! These are some of the prettiest cards I've seen. I love nature and grew up on a farm and your leaves remind me of what we saw there. OK, time to get out the sprays and play with them like this. Thanks so much.
I only started die cutting a year ago and I already feel like I've got enough of most things, but snowflakes? No two are alike so I will never have all the snowflakes I could possibly need!
Besides the snowflake comment….. These cards are stunning! The colors just beg to be made into leaves.
I haven't ink smooshed in a long time. Those leaves are gorgeous!
Omg you are killing it! These leaves are so beautiful. I am in awe🧡🤎❤️💛. Great cards.
I love the white space you left on these gorgeous cards! I probably would have tried to fill it with something, which is why I need your inspiration! 😂
Those leaves! 😘
Those leaves!!!❤❤❤
Beautiful!
Amy, these are absolutely gorgeous. If only i could purchase, everything you've used. Stunning. Thank you.
I am not usually fond of fall cards but these leaves are amazing, thank you for sharing these cards and technique with us. Have a great day
Stunning cards - the leaves are gorgeous and I really like the embossed background.
Those cards are gorgeous! Now I'm off to dig out all my leaf dies!
Love the cards!

I love this card so much, I went and bought all the stuff to make it.
Gorgeous leaves and cards!! 🥰 Thank you AmyR! ❤️
Awesome cards Amy! Perfect fall cards! 🍂
Love things with leaves and this is perfection! I'm going to try them with the mica stains (I don't have the distress sprays). Love them, Amy!
WOW!!! Love these. You make it look so easy and I know it is NOT.
it actually is pretty easy - but definitely gets easier with practice. I know a lot of my first attempts at ink smooshing usually resulted in a hot mess more often than not lol.
Beautiful!❤
Love this . Thanks for the inspiration
This is sooooo beautiful and so fun to make!
Laura
Just beautifully done, Amy. Thanks always, for your inspiration. BTW, love seeing your face! ❤
Beautiful! Some of my favorite colors. Thanks for the tips, I forget to dry between smooshing. Great card!
Gorgeous cards! I love the leaves.
Every element of this card is beautiful. Thank you for your inspiration!
I love when you make leaves for fall cards!! Have purchased sets from your videos!! ❤❤❤

Those leaves are yummy!
I live these. Fall colors are the best,!
These are gorgeous Amy!
I absolutely LOVE the way the leaves came out! I am definitely going to give this a try ❤thank you for the inspiration ❤
Love these. Thinking mica sprays would be nice too. These would be great birthday cards, and almost every occasion cards. Thank you.
Gorgeous leaves! I’m inspired!
I have tried this today, and wow! what a great idea and technique! the leaves turned out beautiful. By the way, I used ink pads, they also work very well. greetings from the Netherlands ❤

Gosh.... I think I can officially call myself a "Big Fan" of all your work. Dang you're good!
I love these cards so much. Those beautiful leaves are just.... Amazing!! The splatter, the bling.... I love it all.
Amy, I know you are incredibly busy, but if you do have time, could you post a link of alufa/aluva??
Cause I'd like to check that out. I take bleach now instead, to clean my hands.
She probably gets the loofah at the dollar store or the grocery store. Any one will work. I like to use foaming hand soap with a loofah when I wash after I paint.
@@CricketsBay @CricketsBay Thank you for answering. I never heard of it. I don't think we have this in the Netherlands. But I would love to learn more about it.
there are luffa sponges which are all natural (sometimes hard to find as they're a plant and have become very popular - I love those tho but I haven't been able to get any for a long time) and then loofahs which are synthetic and like others say are easy to find online and at grocery stores and whatnot. Bleach isn't good for skin and people are just asking for issues with continued use of it on their skin - all it will take is a minor reaction of bleach to other products on skin and a chemical burn will leave serious damage.
@@PrairiePaperandInk Thank you Amy for responding. I really appreciate it.
I'll start hunting for it here in the Netherlands.
It sounds like a crafters must have.
And yes, you are right. Bleach isn't good for the skin.
Thanks again Amy. 😘
@@PrairiePaperandInk yay... I found myself a Luffa sponge.
Can't wait to get my fingers inky tomorrow 😉
Gorgeous!!
Hi Amy ..I miss “batty” the bat😂will you be replacing it with a little tree or holiday item? He was such a cute little critter.
no plans to but if I come across something I might :)
These are very cool! ❤
I also noticed you had the embossing folder on a slight angle going through machine.
anything with a straight edge I put on an angle going through my machines it works better that way IMO
Beautiful
Gorgeous ❤️
Lovely!!
I really love how you did those leaves! They look amazing!
Are there different sizes of splat boxes? I got a Tim Holtz splat box, but it seems smaller than yours.
nope just the one size :)
@@PrairiePaperandInk Okay. Maybe it's just how it looks on the screen. Thanks!
Amy, your cards are just lovely. I have two questions. First, do you prefer die cutting and then ink smooching or ink smooching the paper then die cutting? I just wonder about less paper warping with one way versus the other. Also, is there a weight for the paper you prefer for better results? Your expert opinion is very much appreciated. Thank you.
I discussed that in this video about die cutting? As far as paper weights I used canson XL watercolor paper and its weight is listed on the cover - I think it's a 140lb weight. Very lightweight w/c paper will warp more yes.
@@PrairiePaperandInk I'm so sorry I completely missed the part of the video where you answered not one but both of my questions. Duh. That's what happens when I try to multitask.
lol! ;)
Love the leaves!
QUESTION: I have used mica stains to watercolor. I've had the bronze/brass/pewter set for a while. I recently bought the Christmas set that has a red, green, and blue -- I think that's winter berry. Anyway. I dry embossed a flourish design. I started one with the bronze, and it worked fine. I did another panel with the winter berry and it didn't work as well. It's a different consistency. I could add water, I suppose, but I just wondered if that's normal? Different colors are different consistency especially? Thanks 😀
the metallic ones are completely different than the mica stain sprays that TH has released the last 3 years. The metallics have no dyes in them just pigment and liquids.
Thanks
thank you!! ❤️
Amazing ❤️🧡💛🤎
