Hello, neither in the subtitle of the vodeo nor the website linked in the description (and the further explanatory site from there) says any detail about what the dial material is. Citizen's official website also does not say about the material. Comparing with washi dial I have, this model does not have the fiberous or somewhat porous texture that washi dial has. So I suppose the dial texture is done by a paint brush of some sort, like that of GS.

光の加減で実物は動画より青が濃く感じる。こんな綺麗なブルー文字盤はこれまで見たことがなかったです。この価格帯でねじ込み式リュウズでないのが・・・ちょっとね、シチズン何してる？ Rとの差だよ
