Mine has a arrow with a remove on it and the bulbs are not sticking out like yours

I was able to get it out. Here's how I did it. I started the car and turned the wheel all the way in to give me some room in the front wheel well. There is a plastic cover in the wheel well, use pliers or flat head screw driver to pull on the head of the black clips. Once the head comes out you can get the rest out. You don't have to do them all just enough to be able to get your arm in and look. Stick your hand in and twist the cap that says remove counter clockwise. It's really on . If you can't get it use a flat head and a hammer. Place the tip on the flat head on the flap of the cover and hit the end of the screw driver. Once you get the cap off there is a metal clip. You can either try to remove the connector that goes on the HID bulb or remove the clip. I suggest trying to remove the connector off 1st. You have to pull really hard. One you have the connector of the metal clip swings open but is held in place on one end. I think you had to push up to get it off. If you can't do that you can just remove it from the point where it swings open. If you cannot get the connector of 1st try removing it after you get the metal clip off first. Hopefully this helps. It's tight to go from under either but it can be done and it's better then removing the whole bumper.

Dude i fucking love you, my charger headlights are wires to show as my high beams i guess (my outside light) and my buddy had me freaking out, im gonna go change them all including turn signals this weekend now just to make sure

My signal light socket turns but it wont come out . If I lean one it I have a crap load of water leaking out . Any ideas why there be water in there?

Should also include that you should not touch the bulbs with your bare skin. If so clean them with alcohol. The oils from your skin will cause them to blow prematurely
