Steve is the best. Gosh I miss him with the Muppets...
Just watch the Biden administration of stupidity and you'll be right at home..
Yes
No frank oz anymore too:/
Me too.
@@filipedomingues6103 Who doesn't?
The Muppets is not the same without Steve Whitmire
As much as I think Henson is the definitive actor for Kermit so was Whitmire both were irreplaceable they were both fantastic!
No one can replace Steve especially with own characters like Rizzo and Wembley.
Why did they fired Steve, is it because of money or Henson family issues?
@@filipedomingues6103 Both I think.
I still consider Steve as one of the OG members.
@@Asukenick I still find it Bogus he was great
Grew up watching Muppets, Sesame Street and Fraggle Rock. Miss having Steve’s Kermit, but especially Rizzo who is one of my favourites. Lovely to hear from him.
Steve is the best. I haven't watched the new Fraggle Rock because he isn't in it.
If you’re a Muppet fan and a Fraggle rock fan, go ahead and watch it. It’s not as distracting as you think. You should support the performers no matter what
@@dillonohlemiller401 I do support them but I don't want to watch it. It's hard to bring a show back from the 80s.
It’s like he was cryogenically frozen in the mid 70s.
Dude got shafted 😢
I love you, Steve! Your Kermit would have made Jim proud. I wish someone would have asked you why, in the name of all that's amphibian, Disney recast Kermit. It would be great if you could answer here.
He just feels like a part of the Muppet soul and when they let him go, it really felt like the Muppets have missed something, an element of it all bringing it all together. I really do think it was Steve.
Can I also say ditto to the Kermit and Miss Piggy situation? They should definitely get back together.
It’s just not fair I want him to still voice Kermit the Frog and The Muppets franchise will never be the same without him
That's why I don't watch current Muppet stuff. Plus I like older Muppets anyway.
People talk about missing Steve Whitmire as Kermit but I’m heart broken about him not returning to Dark Crystal as SkekTek. Mark Hamill didn’t seem to even try to replicate his voice.
U gotta admit, Mark was pretty cool tho
@@user-vh4uo7yx7q not to me
Steve is the Kermit i grew up with ❤ jim really knew who would be a great replacement for him
Its such a shame Steve was fired, he was with the Muppets for years and years!
He'll never be forgotten for his work.
I learned a lot 9
Good that Cave In exist, he's better off independent than being around a scummy business. It doesn't help either that Disney and the muppet studios' business is a huge mess.
I was not aware the Biden administration was in town...
What does politics have to do with Steve Whitmire?
