Former President Yahya Jammeh might be sheltered by Presient Obiang Nguema in Equatorial Guinea. But never than before have the Human Rights advocates been this close to making an irrefutable case for his prosecution, before a court of law, in relation with the massive killings Jammeh orchestrated while he was in power. The TRRC, the families of the victims, Human Rights defenders and civil society organizations in The Gambia and abroad, have better leads to ensure that the migrants he killed are served with justice, accordingly.
