These blogs help me out so much, girls. Thanks. Sure, I am a guy. But I am not a typical guy either. That and I can relate to the stubbornness of the English and the passion of the Portuguese in me. But my heart yearns for God even when I am afraid or frustrated with life and foolishly don't talk to Him. But these blogs help me back. Thanks. And Lauren must be only a few months younger than me. How interesting. God takes all types and refines them into more. I hope he does this with me too.
I wish we could sort stuff out like you girls do. I have such a short temper and can stay mad at my parents for a while and vice versa. But you're awesome, and God bless. Greetings from England. :)

I wish my family was like that! We're loud and passionate, but we have very short tempers and doors get slammed. lol But after a few minutes, we're good... We don't stay mad. We can't stay mad.
Unity... and love above all else. I think you hit on something big there, Becca. Sometimes the fires of argument are needed to show that there was not as much difference as each person thought at the beginning. And what is most important... not the argument but God and living in His character. Not easy, but those times definitely help bring things back to focus.
@Aphoresis I was ranting on one of my favorite topics: European history. I likely should have contained my nerdness on that one. Sorry. ;) Croatia is right next to Italy. One of the Barlow girls mentioned something about being Croatian and how that was similar to being Italian and 'passionate'. I was just saying how Croatian type passionate and Italian type passionate are about the same. That was it. Make sense? :)
@RigelHopeStar Eh, I was the one that should have kept my nerdiness to myself, (I was thinking that technically, they aren't very close to one another by the standard of European countries being separated by the entire Adriatic Sea and that France and Germany are much closer and have people will completely different attitudes). Bottom line is both Croatians ans Italians are passionate people (the Croatians inheriting it from Eastern European/Slavic culture).
Umm... Croatian is kind of Italian. lol. Sure, there is likely Hungarian and Slavic in there, but Croatia was part of Italy at one time too I think. It's Europe, they were mixed together BEFORE coming to America. ;)
I can't yell :( I'm not good at arguing so I give silent treatment which is waaaay worse because everything stays bottled inside and the anger turns to bitterness :(
@Aphoresis Yes, we all can get very 'passionate', no matter what our ancestry may look like. ;) But I think to be passionate about Christ and His purposes is a good thing. :)
