It is free. You will learn some regulations in the online course. Most probably you don't need one. Check the website for further details.

For heavy weight UAV you need a practical exam. For that you need to sit for a practical exam. Check the website. Everything is written there.

EU suppose to ensure the same law in EU countries from 2022. So, you can fly anywhere. I use getsafe insurance
