    The advice you give about having a plan before beginning production is so apt.
    The biggest difference I've noticed among indie designers is often that one detail - those with a clear goal and a clear plan as to how to work toward it makes all the difference!
    I've seen devs get lost in the weeds, as it were, because they didn't have a map when they started their adventure!
    Granted, I'm in the tabletop space so it's a slightly different world, but much of the principles you're discussing in this video are applicable!

    Hmmmm this is actually a good topic. I wondered how I would balance Procedural vs Handcrafted elements in my future game or my portfolio.

      Also lol I actually struggled with skipping to the actual work rather than do a design on paper stage xD
