What is the best platform to sell a new LV that I’ve never used and was over 4K. Have the boxes and bag. Was gift while we were in Vegas, but I want to sell it.
I’m still hunting for the perfect place myself. I would definitely request a quote from Fashionphile and see what they would give you for it… And then there are some LV addict groups on Facebook where you can get a pretty decent return!
Can confirm, they still haven't gotten their ship together! I had to file a complaint with the California Attorney General to get my property back 🙄🙄. They also still haven't paid me for my damaged item.
That’s absolutely horrible! Better Business Bureau, AG, credit card dispute? I don’t know what else. This is horrible. I’m so sorry.
I have never seen such a shameless company. Last June, I mailed and consigned more than a dozen pairs of brand new BOTTEGA VENETA shoes to your company. All the shoes have the original shoe boxes and labels, as well as the 5 handbags I sent over. I bought them from the Woodbury Outlet stores myself. And then, all the items were seized by you! I have communicated and pursued with you for nearly a year, submitted all the proof you requested, I spent a lot of time to get the receipts just for these items because I have tons of receipts on hand. It turned out that you refunded me a handbag ONLY, and told me that the other items were sent back to me last year. EXCUSE ME? I haven't received any of my items. When I questioned them, I was told that my items were not genuine. I have already contacted the sales staff of BOTTEGA VENETA and had all the receipts reprinted for all my purchases!!

They gave me woman’s amiri jeans………. They fit. Apparently I fit a 26. I hope they sell it for close to what they sold it to me for but I doubt it.
Omg that’s too funny. I hope they do but doubt it. I still need to make a video on what in the heck they’re actually doing. Serious warehousing issues

Only a LAWSUIT Could bring that companies ATTENTION to do things correctly. I hard of them selling Fakes too! Shame on them.

Did they not move their warehouse to AZ? "no hablo espanol"! ENGLISH is a difficult language to read and write. (IE: their, there, & they're) If one does not work in high-end, one is clueless. Would we be able to pick out the materials for building a house? No! BECAUSE "I don't care about house building materials" Ah ha, there is your answer. "CARE". They don't care. It is a job. Think "any teenager" working at a convenience store staring at their phone. We can all visualize what is happening to our items. I bought a Yigal Azrouel dress marked XXL . . . I sent it back in 3 years later on consignment and they marked it an XS. My bust is 41-42 inches depending on bra and the dress was a beautiful fit. We all know that XS listing is going to kill my sale and my profit. I will be lucky to get a dollar tossed my way. Sickening! Someone needs to open a competitor business and focus on customer service. People WILL pay more if you treat them better.
Ugh.. the mistake volume is for real. I have now started keeping my own inventory and not counting on the one I get from my concierge. It's wildly frustrating and a little scary actually. I've received so much stuff that is NOT mine returned to ME! WTH!

Same here! Sent 32 items lost 4 and found them on their own website selling under someone's account 😢 how Did i find out? I took pictures on all of them before they took it... Scam
@@missturbocherry Good for you! I do that too. They now changed their pricing guide. If you are in the 70% tier, and they list the item at $750 (BTW 70% used to be anything over $300.. HUGE difference) if it sells below $199 because the item does not get purchased and gets reduced to 80% off (price would be $150), you ONLY GET 45% commission! It used to be be the seller got 70% commission no matter the price that it sells for. . .if it met the criteria for 70% in the beginning. This discourages people who are not selling a lot of expensive items. They cater to the rich, doesn't everybody? Middle class who work hard and think they deserve something nice now and then . . SOL
Omg yes this company is the worst!!! Don’t sell or buy from this company! Chanel is even suing them for selling fakes !!!!
