actually they are in sync its just that they tend to be funny. like in random dance they have so many song and there are songs where they were 13 members and they have diffrent formation and steps and they actually get ok'd but they are the once who openly admit there are mistakes even when its forgiving but they dont think its success unless its perfect. hehehhe
