this game usurps even yume nikki for me. it's a crowning achievement. i've never seen a community project with such powerful atmosphere and design execution. all the contributors just "get it". it's amazing

imo the game is heavily flawed for the starting stages (i.e graveyard world, geometry world). Most of the best content was added later and is in niche areas. i.e wataru worlds, noildoof, mosenite, qxy. They didn't get it down for a while.
You can tell the track is reversed and the original is beautiful, but you're not gonna put the effort in to download the song and reverse it. The reversed audio ties in sorta with how you're upside down. Simple stuff that brings the world together.
Even when reversed it still sounds beautiful it kinda reminds me of boards of canada they have alot of dreamy sleepwalking like drones and occasional songs that are basically really long beautiful drones but played in reversed when you play them reversed aka forward they sound way less complicated
