- Kedgeree can be made with any smoked fish but lets be honest Smoked haddock takes some beating.
I wasn't sure if it would work in the pressure cooker but oh boy it worked and worked well .
You can use onion instead of leek
Add more spice , I was only making for 1 person

This is my favourite breakfast. So great to see it made in a PC. I don’t always feel up to stirring it on the hob. So will definitely try it. ❤️

Kedgeree is delicious, but I have never made it on the Pressure mode on my Ninja...will be on Friday, definitely.

Great demo, I recently got this Cooker. Can you confirm the amount (roughly) of stock you added. This looks like a great Christmas/Boxing Day breakfast.
