I do have a question about her, "squatting down at the top of her "backswing" and "standing up as she swings at the ball to the ending position". At time stamp 14:02 to 14:16, I looked at those details, if she truly does it? And no disrespect to miss Park Hyun Kyung? I didn't see her do those body maneuvers, even in slow motion, it was shown very well. And again. I mean do disrespect to miss Park and her profession. And again,bit was shown at 14:22 to 14:30.
These Speechless Lessons videos have been VERY helpful for me (a true beginner golfer). Helps me better analyze my own swing mechanics. Thank you, Park Hyun-kyung for taking the time. Also, best wishes for continued success in your career!

I like these "speechless sessions". It avoids overcomplicating things. I really liked her philosophy on fairway woods practice. Just get it down the fairway and don't put too much pressure on that shot. That advice really helped free me up.
squatting is just a feeling! when she is doing it slowly, she squats indeed, but as soon as she is doing a swing and hitting the ball, you don't see at all that she gets lower with her legs and hips, just turning or rotating! Squatting is just a myth, or feeling if you will!!!
