I don't think KONAMI even care at this point. If Hibiki gonna get DQ'd, most likely Nayu & Japanese players who doesn't have Japanese Account Data on the Top 200 Ranking will be banned (that's right, even Koreans DDR players like Fefemz & RSS despite of doing absolutely nothing, just like Nat8, Marqqq, Chris4Life). KONAMI really need to change the mindsets & appreciate the support from the Westerners, not just Japan Only. Do better, KONAMI.
Congrats to AAAAAAAA for winning both tournaments, and also to Konami for teaching us that 0+2+2+2 equals eight. Regardless of the weird technical mishaps the tournament itself was a disappointment. Not really sure what O4MA was thinking going for Pluto Challenge, and we saw nothing harder than a 17. Feels like even the players didn't really care much this year, not that I could blame them.

There was difficulty limitation according to qualifier ranking.
Female : 1st - 14 ~ 17 / 2nd - 14 ~ 15
Free : 1st - 16 ~ 19 / 2nd - 16 ~ 17
So HIBIKI, NAKASON (2nd of each Round) couldn't pick 18, 19.
I knew NAYU wouldn't pick 18 or 19, but I didn't expect that O4MA pick 16.
Because Pluto CSP 16 has lots of random stops so it feels more like an CSP 18 to most people
