@@zgh46840 I think they were equally talented, but verry different gifts. From George's memoirs, he clearly adored her. I can see why. I wish I'd have known her. She must've been a lovely, gracious, funny lady.
Chris Drake my grand mother met Gracie Allen walking down the street in New York City. She said that Gracie was just as gracious and funny as you would hope. Just not as loopy.
