Just saying "I believe in Jesus and if I'm wrong then when I'm dead then so what" doesn't give the real hope and relationship needed to get through real hard times. I'd like to hear them say that to all the people being tortured, raped, slavery, etc. around the world.
You either believe that Jesus was born in Jerusalem and died and raised and went to heaven and is going to someday return, which then makes you change everything about your life, or you don't REALLY believe.

Hey Godwin, More and more fast food places are offering healthy choice. Even to hamburger buns. I am too diabetic. Oreo gluten free cookies are in stores now. They are awesome. Now you can't eat the whole package but 3 or 4 is ok. Plus the new Pepsi zero sugar is awesome too. I treat myself once a week with a nice tall glass of my Pepsi zero. And for pasta, let me tell ya. Look up Gluten free pastas. I have tried many and they are awesome. Keep up the good work, Godwin. I understand how hard it is to give up this and that. I love food. But their are more and more coming out for diabetics. God Bless ya.

You need to move to Arizona we don't have any time change right now it is 7:52 p.m we are on mountain standard Time. No time change here. We have bugs here we have flies, moskitoes, spiders we have crickets we have all kinds of bugs down here just because you can't hear them and don't see them doesn't mean we don't have them. Come down here during monsoon season you want to see moskitoes you Will see them and they will bite you come down here between July - September you'll see all kinds of bugs.

Sleep experts warn against losing an hour of sleep permanently. Meanwhile, Hawaii and Arizona do not observe Daylight Saving Time - they remain on Standard time all year long. (I need to move there! LoL!)
With the technology we have today it shouldn’t matter cause everything that’s connected to internet or Wi-Fi an cell phones or anything of that nature all updates it’s self I can’t tell you the last time I adjusted a clock I go to sleep an wake up when the alarm goes off no matter what time the year is

Pasta = BAD!!! Don't fool yourself, there is little to no 'real' nutritional value to pasta outside of calories. It is popular for being a cousin to a cup of white sugar and it stores on the self for years so the profit margins work well for all involved in the product sales chain. Wheats & Sweets (caloric or non-calorie) are the cause of the VAST majority of digestive related diseases, illnesses, and general malfunctions. Been nearly wheat free for over a month now and it is like night and day. I've also cut down on sweets outside of whole fruit/veg as well, separately in a different time and place and it too was a great improvement to my health. Try it for at least 1 month; No wheat products and less than 10g of "added Sugars" and non-calorie sweetener substitutes. Lots of veggies, unprocessed forms of meat/fish/chicken, dairy is ok in moderation but stick to low lactose versions and cheeses, fermented foods like kraut/kimchi/yoghurt/etc., avoid other grains but you can eat in moderation (2-3 servings/day), and FAT...more fat than you will likely believe is safe, but ONLY non-vegetable based and non-grain based. THis means you stick to coconut oil's, beef tallow, pork lard (non-hydroginated), uncured bacon grease (no added nitrates/nitrites), chicken fat, squirrel fat, and olive oil for flavor but avoid using too much. In a pinch I'll use sunflower seed oil but mainly because that's the cleanest oil I can find tater chips fried in. Feed the temple well.
