  • Seven engineering projects will be demonstrated by the EGR/PHY 101 class. Each individual in this course proposed an appropriate topic of interest under a given budget, carried out the conceptual design, and then followed with implementation. Throughout the end-to-end process, the class learned via hands-on experience how to apply engineering principles to tackle concrete problems. Many projects utilize knowledge of general physics, mathematics, and programming. They are centered primarily in such areas as mechanical, electrical, as well as software, engineering. Certain parts are created by the 3D printer housed in the Coulter Science Center.
