The worlds being connected is there architecture I think you mean the layout for connected worlds which has been in many games before
I agree. Even going back now, they are fun. I 100% Banjo Kazooie for the first time in about 9 hours. The levels and worlds are very easy but I had so much fun doing it. It has to be the nostalgia. I thought about buying an Xbox just so I could play Tooie. Tooie was a much better game that Kazooie was, but only because it took what the 1st game did and make it better.

29 years old now and ILL NEVER forget this game. I remember rocking this on the N64 as much as I rocked San Andreas on PS2 😂

I don't care what anyone says. Tooie may not be perfect but I prefer it over the original and it might be the most impactful N64 game I've played. (Up there with Zelda) I loved it and honestly I don't even know how to make a sequel to it. It just hit everything so good. The stakes were so high. It was a dark adventure without being over the top or forced.

It is better than BK. BK is great for sure, but BT is better once the nostalgia factor is taken out. Everything from saving your musical note progress to being able to grip grab ledges (which is a major flaw in BK IMO) is a fantastic improvement.

Thank you for uploading this walkthrough. This brings back memories of playing with my cousins when we were children, and how we worked together to play after school and be closer to fighting Grunty.
I miss the amount of details in the environment, from the amusing banter (which I wish you shared more) to that you can attack Bottles' dead body, hearing how other characters react to Mumbo or hitting King Jingaling.
Being 6 when this came out and I started playing, then watching it now, so many of the jokes and instructions went over my head. It's so funny to see the creators humor during the playthrough 😁
I’ve been playing this game for years on my own. I remember watching my dad beat it when I was little. Never gets old! Rare is one of the best video game companies out there

Tooie can be hard to find all and you took 10hour, 100% is impressive. Still haven't beat it fully. Kazooie is way easier imo.

For real, I played Tooie before Kazooie, and going back to the first game felt like an insult how easy it was 😂 had to work hard for Jiggies here while in Kazooie they practically HANDED you them!
I've gotten all the jiggies, all the notes and all the honeycomb pieces and beaten the game several times. I never take the time to get every single Cheato page (just the ones I happen to find).
I really hope this gets put on Nintendo Switch online…im playing the first one there now and it brings me back to the good ol 90’s…what a time 🙃

Literally JUST started re playing yesterday and my guy does a whole playthrough.
The hardest piece of paper to get in Banjo-Tooie game is to race with Cuckoo with Kazooie in Cuckooland Sky World number 8 and the last. I have collect all 900 notes and all 80 Jiggies, and unlike Banjo-Kazooie, there is no special ending and rolling credits after defeating Grandilla the evil witch. In Banjo-Kazooie, after collecting all 100 Jiggies and 900 notes, there is a special ending and credits roll, Mumbo will show the several clips of colored eggs and a key for the next game for both Banjo-Kazooie, which is Banjo-Tooie game for the next couple of years later.
A special ending wouldn't seem fitting as this is the last Banjo Kazzoie game (besides Banjo-Pilot) and Nuts and Bolts Doesn't count

I felt the same way. Tooie is great but I think the original had a charm that couldn't be beat.

I remember watching the opening cutscene over and over again when I was younger because it felt like a movie to me lol. I had so much fun playing this game and hope it releases on Switch Online soon

I just got this game from my husband for Valentine’s Day, i asked him for Banjo Kazooie which I had in the past and loved and I never had nor played tooie but have wanted it too. I’m so excited to play it shortly 😀

I beat it for the first time 3 years ago still watch walkthroughs cause this game is so legendary I just wish they would at least remaster it such a good adventure game brings back so many memories

Banjo Tooie is almost objectively better than Banjo Kazooie in every way imo. Incredibly intricate worlds, better bigger story, darker story, new amazing likable characters, multiplayer mode, boss battles, many new cool moves and splitting Banjo and Kazooie, some extremely challenging jiggies, more lore, etc. I dont think I’ve played as many games as involved and complex as Tooie in a while

Absolute masterpiece of a game. They took everything from B-K and took it 10 levels further. Bigger levels, a more complex and interactive hub world, some levels being interconnected, more abilities, more transformations, having to back-track after learning new abilities, more ways to basically fast travel! It seriously doesn't deserve the hate it gets. I just wish they could keep improving on this formula for a proper Banjo-Threeie...

the rubber banding on canary mary is insane. Try to stay close but behind her for the most bit. Then completely overtake them at the end. Also, *Take breaks by pausing. You’l need
pause at least like 7 times for this.
Use a pencil that isn't sharpened. You can mash the button really fast with that and it doesn't tire you out as much as just using your fingers.

I never could beat Canary Mary. It took me forever to figure out how the rubber banding worked on that race. Even after I worked out that you were supposed to let her lead you by just a bit and then pass her at the very last second, I had problems. My thumb would get tired by the end and I wouldn't have the juice to pull ahead, or I'd miss the timing and have her soar ahead and beat me to the finish line. I hate button mashing. My kingdom for a turbo controller...

Ok so now since Banjo-Kazooie is back in Nintendo’s hands I think we deserve the Banjo-Threeie back in switch!
They are still in complete control by microsoft, nintendo was only allowed to have them for one game. Of course a collaboration game between both companys would be awesome
Banjo Kazooie and all of Rare is owned by Microsoft, the addition to Switch Online was a collaboration between Nintendo and Microsoft but Banjo Kazooie still belongs to Microsoft

Hi guys. My son is loving Banjo Kazooie / Tooie at the moment and were currently playing it through Rare Replay on the Xbox Series S.
Can someone let me know if I am able to play the multiplayer section of Banjo Tooie via the Xbox? It is saying that i need a valid membership...but we have xbox live?
Any help with this would be great or confirmation the game no longer supports Multiplayer (guted if so). I would of thought it would of worked offline multiplayer as a minimum?

I think I had this issue years ago. If I remember correctly, all I did was plug an Ethernet cord to the Xbox and it worked.
