Thank goodness, I have just upgraded mine last week. And ended up doing a little damage because i couldn't figure it out. The main issue i have is trying to get that silver inlay that locks the safety in place back in without sending the tiny spring into the shadow realm. Ended up putting it back without it and im not sure if because I didnt put that back in or not it but it falls out of place making the pistol unfireable but I wedged a little bit of tape on the inside to lock it into place and works fine now. What would your best angle of approach be to get that silver bit and spring back into place?
I place it in between the two settings so it's directly pushing against the nub instead of being off to one side. You could use grease to make it stickier if you keep losing control
These springs are very very soft. With little resistance the slide will get stuck. The unmodified feedlips grab onto the BBs too hard and the slide stops when it starts to chamber. There might be a new solution in the future, but for now either modify them yourself or get the cl project design ones.
@@Wyhaq the springs being softer, do they have quicker cycling than ex stock spring with a LCC shortstroke buffer? Or what do these spring do over stock?
@@OragneCar it makes it a way softer recoil impulse and is more gas efficient. Also the competition spring kit comes with a lighter hammer spring which makes the trigger pull much lighter
Nice ambi safety ❤ next video could you install a cl project trigger cause i have two shadow 2 oranges and I’m buying a clpd trigger.

@@Wyhaq cheers, I'll give that a go
have you tested out the impact of the CL project recoil spring on whether the polished feed lips are required or not?
