Since you are also preparing for gov exams, I'll suggest you to look for work from home jobs. You will get multiple options for customer service jobs. Amazon is the best option. As for the time management, once you start doing it, prepare a daily timetable and stick to it.

I've cleared the assessment and the next round is a group discussion. I guess I've cleared it too because they sent me a registration link to fill ASAP. Then I got directed to amazon jobs portal where I've registered for SPS associate role. May I know the next steps? Is it interview? If it is an interview,will it be on-site or chime interview? I haven't heard from them till now. Is there a chance that my application got rejected? I've registered on 25th of this month.

There's no particular topic. Basic English and Grammer questions. Also, practice typing a bit, as u have to type emails.

Hi i joined as sps associate but after completing 1month training and assessment they terminated me because in after training assessment i have scored 79% and the criteria was80% it is really very disappointed..

@@avengerftw6122 it was training period so trainer used to give modules for study and after finishing the module he use to solve the difficulties and if we have any queries. After finishing the one month training assessment was their and we have to score minimum 80% then and then only you will be qualified for next training. If not cleared then they will terminate you..

Hii Shivam, are you sure both the interviews are for the same position. For some posts, you have to go for face to face interview and for some posts, it's virtual mode. Both can't be for the same post.
