I also added an extra cup of broth (bone broth) and i cooked a thinly chopped rib of celery with the onion. I recommend pairing this with sour dough toast. You can do it. Become the soup man/woman of your family. Become the soup person of your dreams

Broccoli stems are so tender if you peel them, don't throw them away. I wish people knew this so stores would not cut them, same with cilantro stems, they are edible. Great video! And thank you to all who have shared how they made it there own, lots of suggestions/choices, they all sound so good!

Potato flour can also be used to coat meat, fish, and chicken instead of flour for frying. It add crispiness. Check out Korean fried chicken recipes which uses potato flour or corn starch.
