  • The Design of ‘Tire-2’ has been taken from Assembly file of 'Suspension' → ‘Sample files’ → Autodesk Inventor.
Rest components of the model ‘Suspension Assembly’ (consisting in several numbers) have also been designed. You may watch them by visiting on following playlist:- • Suspension Components ...

In this Inventor Tutorial we will describe how to build the model of ‘Tire-2’. It is a part modeling tutorial, it will cover the following topics.
    _________________________________________________________
    • Creating 2D Sketches on different Planes of the model.
    • Use the sketch constraints that are applied on during sketch creation.
    • Use feature commands such as Revolve, Revolve Surface, Extrude, Circular Pattern, Fillet and Mirror tool.
    • Use Circular Pattern tool to create multiple instances of one feature.

The shape is skewed on the tire surface because you projected from a flat to a curved surface. You would want to probably use a wrap to surface tool for better accuracy. Your channels should follow the radius all the way around.

There are many ways of doing the same thing. In creating this shape where a design is created over surface there is no need for absolute accuracy.

You are truly a genius or both of you. I'm guessing you are brothers? Sorry if I was disrespectful in some of my earlier comments I've made on some of your videos. You can watch all the pay site videos but in the end you need to take in some real world modeling to really be well rounded.
