I’m glad I found this wrist exercise!. Recently I did this exercise due to my carpal tunnel pain on my left wrist. And this exercise helps soften my ‘tight’ and sometimes burning pain wrist and I am doing a gentle scraping ‘gua sha’ (found on RUclips too) to make blood circulate to the wrist area. It works brilliantly.
And starting daily magnesium glycinate 350mg, Vitamin Mega B-100, Vit. D3+K2, all these and the wrist exercise is helping and lessen in reducing my wrist pain.

I suffer with CT in both wrists - the left one worse than the right, even though I am a right handed person. But i do also suffer with Cervical Instabilities of facet joint arthritis, C3-C7 disc bulges, Spinal arthritis, and Degenerative Disc disease (throughout my spine). In addition, I larned from my first Cervical MRI in 2012 that I have a More Narrow than Normal Spinal canal!! With these spinal maladies and the narrow canal, I have a better understanding why the cervical instabilities are contributing to my Misery index. Occiptial tension into the sides of my head, Tinnitus, Ear pain (on & off), Chronic Sinusitis, temporal tension headaches , IBS /GERD, even bladder / bowel incontinence. I have Lumbar issues with disc bulges and various sites of Stenosis, arthritis in my hips and knees and Sponylioethesis at L5-S1with on & off Saddle anethesia / tingling . numbness in the Glutes /Groin. The central & peripheral nervous systems have been affected - No reflexes and over sensitivity to touch, and temperatures. I sustained a fractured right femur in 1966. My right leg is 1 inch shorter from that injury. I'm 71 now, the fracture happened when i was 15. The shorter leg was left unaddressed by the Ortho doctor at the time and then after 15 years or so, the problems began with chronic stiffness in the lower back. The Human Body is amazing. The Physiology / Physiatry work in Synch , one thing affects the other. I have learned that lesson the hard way.

Thank you very much, I've found all your videos on Carpal Tunnel Syndrom and Wrist pain extremely helpful. Could you give me an advice on how to fit all of these stretches and messages into a routine where I perform weighted wrist exercises every 48 hours, and spend 9 hours on my keyboard everyday? Should I do them on a daily basis or maybe just after my weight training? Thank you again. @Liebscher & Bracht - The Pain Specialists

Thank you so much for your kind comment! We're happy to hear our videos and exercises are helpful for you! 🙌 For best results, we suggest that you add these exercises, stretches, and foam rolling massages to your daily routine. You can do them when it suits you best, no matter if that's in the morning, during the day, or in the evening - as long as you do them every day! Please don't forget to hold each stretch for 2 to 2.5 minutes. 💪
      Best wishes!

      Hi Catalina!
Thanks for sharing this experience with us. Unfortunately, many people experience no improvement after surgery, as they don't help to solve the underlying cause and your pain can come back. 😞 Therefore, we always recommend trying our exercises first, before considering a surgery to help yourself effectively, naturally, and sustainably - and without any risk as it's a non-invasive treatment approach. 😊💪 Our exercises are desigend to fight the actual cause by releasing any built up tension in your muscles and fasciae that is responsible for most pain conditions. 🙂 To get further pain management tips and information on our pain therapy, the causes, symptoms, and several treatment options of carpal tunnel syndrome, please have a look at our article. 👉😊 lie-br.com/yt-cm3-carp
Please show your mom these exercises to help relieve her pain and improve her quality of life. 💪🙂

I had surgeey 11 weeks ago. I noticed a difference right away in my fingers for the better. The pain around the wound is terrible and getting worse. It has healed well. Got referred to physio and ot. Got exercises to do. All the painkillers I tried for nerve pain had terrible side effects and effected my vision.
Now 2 fingers are beginning to tingle like before. It is very waring and depressing being in pain. The spasms up my arm a worse pain than before op pain that was bad enough. Had to go back to a manual job 2 weeks ago due to finances. Will not be in any hurry to get my other hand done although the pain in my fingers keep me also from sleeping
