I hate to say it, but I believe him when he said there were two other men she was engaged to on the prayer line and they fell through. She was looking for love in the prayer line when she should have been looking for Jesus.

Why didn't he call a taxi, or someone from the church to take him to the bus station. This is a true case of desperation and taking advantage of a lonely woman.
