I worked for the SCDOT for 34 years. We had a two part epoxy just like what you are using. Equal parts black and white. It came in large tubes and was used to install delineators on the asphalt road surface. I always kept some at my house. It seemed to get into my lunch box somehow. To this day, I believe it is none other than JB Weld.
