this guy really immediately solved the sat question that everyone got wrong!
He sure did
Well xqc has never striked me as a dumb person. He is actually very smart

did you really not make it 90 seconds into the video?
but he didnt solve though, he said free roll, free roll means -1?
Love all the people in chat who had already seen the video saying “it’s 4”, as is they solved it on their own lmao
Just because you couldn't solve it doesn't mean nobody else could.

for pepegas like xqc, monty hall problem goes such as this:
you pick door: it has 1/3 chance of being right. Monty always shows you an incorrect door. That means the only loss condition is if you picked the right door. Effectively, its just your door is right, or it isn't. Swapping give 2/3 chance of winning.
??? First shot is 1/3 of being correct, then after one of the doors is removed, it's a 1/2 chance of being correct. If you don't swap, then removing a wrong door doesn't even matter, and it's still a 1/3. If you do swap, it becomes a 1/2. Where are you getting this 2/3 from? You're the pepega
@@0niichad Brother I checked to make sure and suffice to say you are smoking ass.
The correct answer is just as I said, and for the exact reason I said. The key lies in that "*Monty always shows you an incorrect door*".
Since that is the case, swapping can only give you the correct door, or your door was already right. And obviously, your door only has a 1/3 chance of being right. While the other one is simply a 2/3 chance of being correct, the only loss option is where you picked the right door. The second state doesn't change the fact you picked from a sum of three, and then it was reduced to a sum of 2.
To extrapolate, say there are 500 apples in a bucket, and 499 of them are rotten(you can't tell), and monty reveals 498 rotten apples, and you are left with your choice, and 1 other choice, the chance you were right is, you guessed it: 1/500. *not 1/2* . That logic fails to extrapolate the problem and relies on flawed intuition.
@@0niichadDoor A: Car - Door B: Goat - Door C: Goat. 3 possible doors to pick.
You pick A (Car), he reveals either B or C (Goat), you swap and lose.
You pick B (Goat), he reveals C (Goat), you swap and win.
You pick C (Goat), he reveals B (Goat), you swap and win.
You win 2/3rds of the time Dr Pepega
@@0niichad I hope you could understand that. The logic is obvious when the problem becomes bigger. Despite two states at the end, you nonetheless picked from a bigger sample.
@@0niichad think of it in a big scale, like out of 100 doors
you pick one door, then the host asks if you want to stick with that door or swap the door.
you have more chance of winning with the swapped door than with the door that you originally chose as your choice was 1/100, whereas the door he chose is 99/100 as the host knows where all the goats are
I cannot believe this guy got accepted into harvard, truly mind boggling
bro got it wrong until it said the answer wasn't there and half the chat spammed 4 cuz they already knew it LULW
then he acted like he was a genius lol
ngl he did mention the ribbon analogy at the beginning which was way more than i expected him to understand. and he gave a semi-correct justification for why it was 4
@@inspectuhtuff the ribbon part is the basic reasoning anyone would have (still it's impressive coming from him since he is kind of a pepega). but he was absolutely wrong abt his reasoning for it being 4. there's no such thing as additional roll. it's simply an extra circle of it's own circumference (the combined edges of the triangle example). xqc did not imply that in anyway whatsoever.
@@roxas4587 it's not that deep brother
@@roxas4587 if a stripper goes around a stripper pole, you can automatically infer it takes 1, because the stripper has to circle around. so yeah its a free spin plus whatever the ratio between the radii of the two circles is
@@greenyxd7298 x did not give explanation to his +1. I agree with ur example. it's one of the most common ones. a circle around a dot would be 1. 2π*0+1.

The last 10 minutes of the video is WILD and needs to be studied to further the understanding of our universe
SIMPLE EXPLANATION OF MONTY HALL FOR ANYONE LIKE XQC WHO DOESN'T GET IT
Imagine there are 100 doors and only 1 right answer. If you pick a door your chances are 1 in 100.
If monty RANDOMLY closes 98 doors, XQC is right, it changes nothing. Monty might even close the real door and therefore has a 1 in 99 chance (your door is kept always) of making winning impossible.
BUT since Monty KNOWS which door is right, he closes all of them except the correct one.
So Monty is picking from 99 doors, an his chances of "leaving" the right one are 1:1 (guarenteed) if you chose wrong.
If you guessed right (which is 1 in 100 chance), then yes switching means you lose.
If you guessed wrong (99 in 100 chance), then switching means you win.
SO IN ALL BUT ONE SCENARIO, SWITCHING MEANS YOU WIN.
i didnt solve it but my brain knew it was 4 pretty quickly without doing physical math
big circle perimeter is 2*pi*R, smol one has a 1/3 radius so 2/3*pi*R, so u solve 2/3*pi*R*numberofrevolutions = 2*pi*R, makes 3 revolutions
like if u make the circles into string u get a string that's 3 times longer than the other

gotta love how xqc thinks he's genius after being wrong 5 times at the start and rolling out every other possibility
let radius of B = x
radius of a = x/3
circumference of b = 2(pi)x
circumference of a = 2(pi)x/3
revolutions = 2(pi)x/(2(pi)x/3) = 3?

Wait... He was actually right. I got the 4 at the start by guessing and I was laughing at his 3 + a free roll but he was actually right...
He got 4 from chat, most of the chat was spamming 4, lil bro didn't even know what revolution means
@@minartson pretty sure his eyes were closed like for half the time the answers were even revealed lmao
You''re just giving a ride side up to a circle. If you didn't have the A in it you wouldn't know which side is up and 4 wouldn't be an answer. Also they asked for a revolution meaning a full rotation, so you take the point in which the circle A is touching the cirlce B at the start, roll it around and count one revolution when the point touches both circle this way you get 3. If you get the answer 4 it's like giving and up or down in space...

I’ve never seen this problem till this video and I’m very surprised with myself that i said to myself that it should be 4 around two minutes 😊
The way he demonstrated with the coins is actually wrong that’s not what a revolution is. It just showcases half of it so the right answer was indeed 3
They said revolution not rotation
But Felix, how do you know the stars are actually there, and not just a canvas that we see
First they ask about revolutions then rotations. It just does not make sense. If we talk about revolutions then 3 is the right answer so there was no problem with the question. Rotation and revolution is not the same thing smh
