- Welcome back to the madness that is Bully, for as long as I’ve built This hot rod it has always had some attitude. Well it pushed us down with an oil pressure problem but phong sprang into action and the team got it done! We are now loaded and headed to Florida to continue this adventure ! I think the thing I love the most about Brent is he thanks and motivates everyone for even the smallest job and makes them feel like are a huge and important part of the team, a lot of people don't do this.

@@thatmanwiththepizzas I think she was as well. but that's also a good tip for drilling thin crap, don't start the wrong way, but the last little bit, flip directions and it will finish and leave a clean hole and not grab the bit. not that that's really what she was doing but yeah. I've also seen a "pro" on a diy show years ago do that and not know.

You can hear the pride in Brent’s voice causing him to choke up when showing it to Phong. Can’t blame him it was a huge team effort and it looks damn good! I miss working in shops with good people that made it fun to come to work

@@lcbrme138 we are doing what we can to be good neighbors. Running cars on the Dyno is loud and the neighbors aren't nearly as big of fans as we are.
@@lcbrme138 Their woolly neighbors like to spend their evenings counting themselves, and the dyno distracts them. That's why one of them occasionally comes over and craps/pisses in the shop.

HOLY CRAP!!!!! BULLY IS ON THE FREAKING TRAILER HEADING TO FLORIDA!!!!!!! I got freaking goose bumps when I it fire for the first time. When you guys were having trouble getting oil pressure, my heart sank. You guys pulled it off like freaking pros and got BULLY rolling. Brent I know that you have waited for a long time to have BULLY in almost full trim, he is freaking close. I suggest to dyno BULLY at Cleetus's place so you both can see him throw down some power. Pro tip. Make a set of jumper cables with welding cable. Best jumper cables ever.
I actually used welder leads when I relocated my battery to the trunk. Car starts without a hiccup or hesitation. Little more money but well worth it

@@aaronpowell4885 Buddy had a 4th gen Camaro that ran in a couple sound wars. There had to been 60ft of 00 welding cable around that car. When he parted the car i collected some left overs. Ran all power and ground in my Mercury, using what i had left i did the headlight relay mod. Happy electrical system and headlights that where 50% brighter

My wife wanted to help me so I told her to scratch and Peck around the muffler until the oil came out to help me change the oil. She tapped on the muffler with a bucket under it for 10 minutes before she figured out I'd been done for 5min. Women are funny mechanics when they start.

This is one of my favorite channels now! Brents energy just attracts some amazing people to him! This crew is so talented! Every video I’ve watched of PFIs I see the Bully in the background and wonder why they haven’t gotten it up and running. So happy to have seen this almost in real time! 5:47 Phong using adhesion properties and flow properties of liquid to fill up transmission/converter through an impossibly small opening without a funnel. I love this guy.
This is how I apply primer and Loctite permanent liquid adhesives on tiny, precision plastic subassemblies at work without contaminating adjacent components. We do have needle tips with leur locks, but you still have to reclose the bottle and toss it after 30 days. Too much of a pain.
Try it at home with Super Glue if you have not already. Get a pin, a small, nail, sewing needle or toothpick and do it. Especially when you are worried about dripping ashesive or destroying something nearby. That tiny perfectly sized droplet will roll right into place.

It's a bartender trick also - if you've never seen it, they'll pour a shot over ice and then add mix (i.e. tonic over the gin) down a long bar spoon that is resting at the bottom of the glass. It doesn't splash, and mixes the drink as you pour since the mixer goes directly to the bottom of the glass.
The amount of positivity that lives in that garage is ridiculous. It’s spirit lifting. And Phong is an amazing dude with all his ingenuity. Blowing minds everyday.

It has Berk catalysts and a Borla true dual system because I wanted a Maserati without the headache and expenses. I remember the huge Italian bodyshop estimator's eyes after starting it up. "You did something to this."

The three words that will makes every mechanic blood run cold after rebuilding and installing an engine "No Oil Pressure." The trouble that the PFI boys had with lack of oil pressure is why you should always use high quality assemble lube and not engine oil, Vaseline, white grease, gear oil, etc when assembling an engine.
For sure that assembly lube saved those cams and bearings from getting damaged in that first start up with no oil psi. gotta get that good goopy shit

Those of us in the car audio world use welding cable all the time for power wire. EB Flex is what I run.
