Hi! One question…I’ve enrolled a company device manually, downloading the template and creating an csv file. The problem is that the device status shows “unassigned”, (I’ve enrolled my laptop to see if it shows that the laptop is being used) but the asset doesn’t show that I’m the user of it.
I'm still learning my self but it looks like you need advanced and to have advanced you need android devices policy installed on the device I hope that helped

Is Google MDM used for financial services to manage users mobile is permitted

How do I restrict google services if user is on basic MDM?
