WOW! 😅😅 3 yrs later and I can still appreciate this video like it's the first time hearing it.
Went ahead and did this same exact setup today on the 300s. Went with the mid-muffler delete yesterday just to see what it would sound like. Just ok but needed more. Then today purchased the Flowmaster 44s and deleted resonators. OMG! x10! Thanks again for this video champ! Now my car sounds like a real 5.7 HEMI.
Glad you like it, give it a little while and as the mufflers heat cycle a few times it sounds even better, or maybe I'm just hearing things! But, I get a lot of compliments about the sound. Reminds me of the old Fox bodies!

duniel Juan I have the V8. And Christopher was correct, it does sound better after some time. I guess you break the mufflers in or something.
Have v6 but want clean sound . What is better flowmaster 50 s or 44 or 40 or 10
duniel Juan I apologize but I cannot advise on the V6. I do know it will not duplicate the same sound in this video.

Flowmaster 44s have awesome sound! Nice 300 Hemi and great vid! I'm planning to get Super 44s installed on my 2016 300S 5.7L Alloy Edition.

Sounds great but what do they sound like on the highway.. I would prefer to pretty much not hear them at all..
Minimal drone, between 45-55mph if car is holding 3 or 4th... but with radio on at 15db dont even notice...

Sounds great! Please make another video! About how loud would you describe this being? I honestly considering this rather than spending money on the Corsa Extreme!
In my opinion it's way better than the Corsas, at least by listening to their videos. It's not uncomfortable, it got a little louder with a CAI, but it doesn't overburdened conversation within the car and there's minimal drone at cruise speeds. I've owned mustangs all my life and all had exhaust and they were far worse than this car, even the 2012 3.7 V6 with Flowmasters had a worse drone than the 300.

No cpu upgrades yet, just exhaust and cai, save your money on can, not necessary
Christopher Brown I didn't get the cai, I just got the k&n. Yeah, they want too much for these stages. Especially #1. I don't think we can have the Cai out here in Cali
What’s a CAI? I just bought the super 44’s now and going to install it when they show up. There on Amazon’s for 52 dollars a peace right now.
Have you thought about geeting the same rear valence as on the charger scatpack so you can put on real exhaust tips and remove any drone? Its on mopar's website

So are those “Super 44’s”? If not, what’s the difference? You said you also added a CAI with no tune, do you get an occasional check engine light? I’ve heard without a tune, it’s a common problem and can actually make it (unnoticeable to the driver) lose power. Was that $450.00 you paid for the 44’s and installation? Sorry for all the questions but I’m ready to start minimally modding my 2018 5.7 300S and don’t want to cause myself a headache. Already concerned about busting my warranties. I have a legmaker hammer cai on eibach springs with resonator deletes. Im looking to tune it next. But you will need a complete pcm swap and roughly 1500

Mine is a 2017 300s with the 5.7 Hemi V8 and it still has the cats, the mid mufflers have been replaced with Flowmasters and the behind the axle resonators have been removed and tail pipes added

Aaron Carty I had two Flowmasters installed. 2.5 wasn't available so I purchased 2.75 inlet outlet and used reducers. Sorry about the delay.
What would be the horsepower difference on adding this exhaust,i have a 2015 5.7, your ride sounds kick ass.
Haven't tuned it or dynoed it yet, but I would guestimate between 5-15hp

The exhaust is Flowmaster 44s at the midpipe with two and a half inch pipe out the Rears removing the resonators from the the bumpers

I’m thinking about modifying the exhaust in my 2017 300 C but I’m having a difficult time finding part numbers. I even contacted Flowmaster and they cannot confirm whether the kit for the 2017 Charger will fit the same year 300. Any information is greatly appreciated.

Yes, 2.5 from Mufflers to exhaust tips, the tips were expanded so the inside diameter is 2.5" from about 10" out from the axle

Catback exhaust won’t damage your car at all. But if you don’t have a v8, it won’t sound like this at all. Most (if not all) 300c have the v6. Sounds nothing like a hemi v8.

Did you get any vibration in the rear when you deleted reso's? I have it and it drives me insane
Anthony Loiacono Vibration or drone? I haven't noticed that at all and I've ridden in the back seat on 120 mile drive. There is minimal drone in Sport mode or 4cyl mode, it pulses in 4cl eco mode, but no where near as bad as some of the Mustangs I've had.

Yes, the Challenger, Charger and 300 are all the same systems, the cars are all on the same platform.

Alex Pato the factory mufflers underneath the passenger area were removed and Flowmaster 44 mufflers were added, then 2.5inch pipes were ran after the axles replacing the resonators.

That’s all the did was take old mufflers off and put those on nothing else deleted
