    Thank you for the workout! Not gonna lie, it was hard to keep up with the longer sentences, had to break them into 2 parts.

    Hello, this is very important sentences working on a call center knowing pitches change, stress words speaking and lower placement this is a crucial video. Is that T dropped from the word "center"? thanks coach.

      yep; N + T often leads to a silent T

    I just found this and it's very useful, although I'm not in customer service🙂In 4:12, in the sentence, 'How does that sound', I hear that you reduce 'does'. Does it sound something like /əz/
