Nice playing! Btw, are these real P-90s? I had a pair of no brand, china made ones that looked like P-94s but when i opened them up they were just strat pickups in a humbucker casing.
They aren't "no brand", they are Donlis... :-) Just to be honest I've got no idea what is inside, so far I didn't open them and I'm not going to do it. But they sound different than humbuckers, and completely different than single coils, so I believe they ARE P-90s.
@@Hagchtogow I haven't bought it yet because i think it'll just be the same as my previous ones. I think all these HB sized P-90s are not really P-90s (even Gibson's P-94) because it's impossible to fit a P-90 bobbin on a HB housing. They're still single coils in HB housing but more like a Telecaster bridge pickup. Hope that helps, but I'll be happy to be proven wrong, though. Cheers!
@@garretazonsa thanks for your replay. U'r right about the difference between a P90 and a P94. So the thing is to know if these chinese pickups are good copy about the manufacturing ? In terms of sound, they seems ok !
Thanks for the demo, love the sound!. Very crystal clear. Cheers.
Beautiful sound !
Sounds very nice! \m/
Gryfowy brzmi super. Pod mostem chyba zostawiłbym humba. Fajowy tescik :)
Mam taki zamiar, zostało mi kilka mostkowych humbuckerów, więc w wolnej chwili cos się wstawi dla porównania.
Great demo, what size pots and capacitors did you use for these P-90s ?
Exactly the same as for humbuckers - 500k pots and 22n caps.
Great clean sound mate. I’m amazed there’s no humming.... Very noiseless for a cheap P90. Are them ceramic or alnico ones? Thanks for the demo 👍
It's alnico II, they are almost as humless as humbuckers.
Nice playing!

@@jacekklimkiewicz4898 thanks! I'm gonna get one to see what's inside 😁
@@garretazonsa so, have you do it ? I'm interesting 🤔 thanks in advance 🤠🎸

Hello, nice sound. Are they noisy ? also : in comparison with standard single coil in a strat in case you have experience ? thanks
Less noisy than I expected. They don't sound neither like single coil, nor like humbucker. They sound like P-90... :-)
Amazing sound. Alnico, isnt it?
Yes, it is. Alnico II.
They sound really great
What can you say about these pickups buddy? I thought the price was very good and I am looking to buy them.
I strongly recommend them, especially if you prefer clean sound of your guitar.
@@jacekklimkiewicz4898 Interesting friend. And how does it react with drive and distortion?
@@andre_martins61 Sorry, I don't use any kind of overdrive.
@@jacekklimkiewicz4898 No problem friend, thanks for listening.
Is this standard P90 or hum cancelling?
Standard
