    ✍🏻TESTIMONIALS
“It's honestly by far the greatest content I've seen on BJJ and I've bought, watched, and read over 50 hours of content in just this year alone.” Antoine B.
“Kit Dale’s conceptual approach really works for me. As someone who only started training late in their early 30s it feels like a much more efficient way to learn. Which is important considering I have to scrape together hours to train each week between work and family commitments.” Cam G.
"I watched volume 1 of The Art of Jiu Jitsu. Then I went to class and instantaneously performed effortless sweeps and maintained my base in every roll. I am shocked at how 3 principles stated out loud improved my game." Sean R.
"The approach to Jiu Jitsu outlined in your videos are pure gold. Kit Dale is the Tim Ferris of Jiu Jitsu! Thank you for putting this out. I have a new plan for learning and to teach my wife & kids." Mike K.

Kit, a lot of BJJ instructors simply explain how to perform the desired move. But you go the extra step and explain why it's executed in such fashion, which is just as important. Thank you for the great content!

Great advice👍 So many people have a failed takedown because they don't manipulate their opponet wether it be posture or foot work. I love the base ball slide to single off that arm drag.

In wrestling i found the best way is to not tie up wait for them to reach out and grab u then pass the arm to the drag

Yeah. I studied some judo in the past and I feel like all these years later people who are trained our far more privy to the throws and I don’t think we worked setting them up enough. My current bjj class has some wrestlers and we do some hand fighting, but I’ve been focusing on different ways to bait my opponent into letting me grab them certain ways or getting them to grab me. It’s still hard and I’m trying to find more instructionals. This is a pretty good one! Have been using some of these concepts will watch before my next training session.

Great video. How would you approach the same concept with a seated arm drag?

I'm glad I'm American and know how to wrestle. American wrestlers do armdrags better.
