I remember playing MW2 on windows 95 with my dad when I was a kid. one of us would control the mouse to aim the torso and fire, and the other one would control the keyboard to steer the mech and switch weapon groups. We were making things waaaaaay harder on ourselves, but we didn't understand mouse and keyboard gaming back then, and honestly, it probably made things way more fun. the mouse player would call out the weapon groups to the keyboard player and it felt like we were a tank crew haha. I'm glad that Mechwarrior has become a family experience for other people as well.
I definitely need to hear more but so far the first few minutes... I dig it. Very unique mix of recognizable genres of Heavy Metal with some new effects added in. Yeah, so far I dig it.
