I changed my eating 2 mths ago with the book * The Acid Watcher Diet, i create my own meals though but with the base of that diet. Thanks for posting about this! ❤ so about my meals, breakfast always either organic oatmeal banana maple syrup or Ezekiel bread with almond butter , lunch pita stuffed with tuna or chicken, snacks date and nut power balls or fruit smoothie ( you need the book for these 2 recipes) dinner lean cut of beef or chicken with boiled potatoes and carrots or other veggies, or soup basic broth i add lentils and stuff that i can digest, dessert pear or melon topped with homemade granola, i only drink water…always.

Basically my breakfast is always the same thing, organic oatmeal with banana and oatmilk as i like mine creamy and top it with maple syrup, i have one toast with almond butter on Ezekiel bread around mid morning, lunch always consists of a stuffed pita bread with either chicken or tuna, light mayo and light mozz cheese, and date power balls ( recipe is in the book) you can also search for it online dr avive power balls. Mid afternoon i have a fruit smoothie made with almond milk, blueberries, banana and ice cubes and vanilla extract. Dinner always steamed veggie that i know i can digest, boiled potatoes and extra lean cut of beef or chicken or fish, dessert is a pear. I have none of the following: oils and fats (except olive oil) no butter, margarine, dressings, sauces, dips, no milk, yogurt or fatty cheeses, no icecream, chocolate, potato chips, no cookies, no tomatoes, no ketchup, mustard or relish, no pickles , no citrus fruits, no apples ( basically nothing acidic) no processed foods that is a huge one to help control your symptoms, no onion, no garlic, no spices, no coffee no tea…i know sounds pretty bland right?! But it works for me and now i have been eating like this for 1.5 yrs and i lost over 50 lbs and i am symptoms free even off meds now too, but if i do eat the bad food to test i get symptoms so now its just a way of like for me. Hi! I completely stopped doing abdominal exercises while I was healing. Still to this day, I try to do “standing ab exercises” in order to not trigger that reflux to come up.

Warm ginger tea with honey after meals helps with indigestion and bloating. My bloating and occasional constipation were significantly reduced after taking magnesium supplements (took oxide and gluconate one tablet every night for about a week. Just make sure that you are hydrated.
7 months after diagnosis, completing my antibiotic treatment, and making drastic lifestyle changes - most symptoms esp bloating and constipation were significantly reduced 10 months after diagnosis - i started regaining weight and strength after i lost a lot of muscle mass and fat.
Meditation and light exercise like brisk walking help with stress and anxiety. Do not stress so much about food restrictions or triggers. It’s trial and error because even the healthiest food may cause occasional bloating (food is not the problem, it’s your inflamed tummy). Just eliminate unhealthy food and red meat which is difficult to digest. I eat rice or porridge, oats with chia or flaxseeds, bananas, papayas, cabbage, broccoli, spinach, berries, fatty fish, chicken breast, potatoes, other soft and cooked veggies. I drink warm ginger or chamomile tea with a tsp of honey everyday. I also take my regular multivitamins with bcomplex, magnesium oxide/gluconate, and fish oil (omega 3) and make sure i drink plenty of water throughout the day.
I have upper right side abdominal pain, more like burning. Digestive enzymes aren't helpful to everyone because you need to find the root of what's causing the gastritis. Getting better sleep is another good sign.

One symptom I've noticed related to my diagnosis of mild chronic gastritis is feeling like i can't take a deep breath. The breathlessness does get relieved with passing gas (either burping or flatulence). Is that a symptom you experienced during your flareup? I'm curious

Try castor oil compress it can break stones, lumps, fibroids, polyps and even tumors

Yeah I get that feeling too. It helps if I eat the right food but I can’t breathe well if I eat fatty and greasy foods.
