    About the instructor: As the Energy Code Program Manager of the South-Central Partnership for Energy Efficiency as a Resource (SPEER), Jason Vandever has over 20 years’ experience in building construction and inspection. Prior to joining SPEER, he was the chief building official for the City of Granbury for four years. Jason maintains nine ICC certifications, is a certified building official, and a Texas Municipal League Leadership Fellow. He has served on the NCTCOG Energy and Green Advisory Board for the last five years. Jason earned his MBA from Texas Tech University.

    That is a vary good overview and attention to some detail. I still waiting for a correctly installed system after 30+ years I still have not come across a single system. Including new homes under construction or remolding at this moment. San Francisco, CA
