They both allowed both cores and scientists from both loans to work together. Glados became friendly. Collette Green and Gordon Freeman are now married and have kids of their own. The combine never invaded and the world was in peace. They built a statue of cave Johnson. Chell was released from stasis and starts a new life. Arne Magnuson and Issac kliener are doing other projects. Gordon Freeman is now a godfather to alyx vance.
If the resonance cascade had a glitch and they had to force shutdown of the script and the evacuation never happened meaning you get full access to the facility and no military fire
