SO FUNNY
In the last lessons I began to become quite unsure, so I went back to lesson 30 and I repeayed lesson for lesson with muchmore understanding. Now it becomes again difficult. Perhaps I must more memorize by heart the coniugaton of the verbs. How I can get it?
god job + thanks
Poor Avram! He really got it this time
Maybe you should ask her politely to make you pecan pie to alleviate the slap she gave you " accidentally" when you surprised her in the kitchen!
Aquí si quedé confundida 😢
Jajajajajaja no lo puedo superar!!!! Jajajajajajaja
Okay, I know I probably shouldn't let myself start to wonder about nitpicking details like this, but in Biblical Hebrew, did מַאֲכֶלֶת mean specifically something like 'cleaver/chopping knife/butcher's knife'? Or was it a more general word? (I got "interesting" results when I searched the word "knife" in NASB and looked up what Hebrew words were in those verses... Searching מאכלת in Google Images gives pictures of cleavers.)
Well, the word מַאֲכֶלֶת doesn't occur very often in the text (only three times), which makes it hard to pinpoint a precise meaning. 2 of those occurrences refer to a knife used to dismember a body/sacrifice (Gen 22:6,10 & Judg 19:29), and one is more general "their fangs are knives" in Proverbs 30:14. So that's about all we have to go on as far as the meaning in Biblical Hebrew. The word may have a specific meaning in Modern Hebrew which would affect your Google search.
@@AlephwithBeth Yeah, those verses you mentioned are the "interesting" results I was talking about -- I was startled that in all three contexts it's talking about killing, cutting up, or destroying *people*... It doesn't look like this word is being used in Modern Hebrew though, although the word I found in Prov. 23:2 שׂכּין apparently does show up in Modern Hebrew as סַכִּין . As far as I can tell from this article ( he.wiktionary.org/wiki/%D7%A7%D7%95%D7%A4%D7%99%D7%A5 ), מַאֲכֶלֶת has been replaced by קוֹפִיץ in Modern Hebrew (I think?)
Zajarti = recordar, remember or remind creo ¿no?
Remember or acordar
NOT remind or recordar
