    whats the solution? I'm always mentally tired even though my job isn't challenging. I can't do anything at home after work

    If you live in a rural area, you're familiar with how they charge you at the dump: they weigh your vehicle on the way in, you dump you crap and then you're weighed again on the way out, paying for the difference in poundage. I say they use a similar method to pay me at work: administer an IQ test in the morning when I arrive and then another at 5 PM when I leave for the day, paying me for the difference...

    This is something I experience quite frequently, I actually just say my brain is mushed.
    It's like my vocabulary ends up consisting only of 10 words, even though I actually speak 3 different languages.
    I have a tendency of working days, sometimes weeks on end, where I would only sleep for an hour or two in-between.

      It is a known issue that the more languages you know the harder and longer your brain is stumped to find the right word.
      It makes sense if you know 1 language there is a certain amount of time that it takes to come up with a word when your brain is "mushed". In your case multiple that number by 3.
      It's like a large library versus a magazine stand. It takes a lot longer for the brain to sort through the information.
