- In this reaction we continue our Hindu Saga series on the 10 avatars of Vishnu titled: Vamana Avatar - Fifth Avatar Of Vishnu | Dashavatar. Vamana, the fifth avatar of Lord Vishnu, is depicted as a dwarf brahmin and is significant in Hindu mythology for his role in subduing the demon king Mahabali. According to the legend, Mahabali, though a benevolent ruler, had become too powerful, threatening the balance of the universe. To curtail his power, Vishnu incarnated as Vamana and approached Mahabali during a yajna (sacrificial ritual), requesting three paces of land. Mahabali, known for his generosity, granted the request. Vamana then grew to an immense size, covering the earth and the heavens in two steps. For the third step, Mahabali offered his own head, demonstrating his humility and devotion. Vamana's story is celebrated during the festival of Onam in Kerala, symbolizing the return of Mahabali to visit his people.

I have no anger towards you! Even avatars like Lord Vishnu's Ram and Krishna cannot change the nature of a demon's soul like Ravan and Kansa; they can only kill such meat-eater beings. That's why this material world exists! Due to your karma, your soul will experience the end of Earth, sometimes as an animal, sometimes as a human. Await the last and upcoming sorrows in your life! That's why your religious texts talk about the Last Day (Qiyamat)!
Our scriptures emphasize doing good deeds (Good Karma)! God will liberate you from this material world ("Moksha"). If you do bad deeds (Bad Karma), you will only experience suffering and temporary happiness. These temporary things also become the cause of suffering, sorrow, and disappointment.
Always contemplate why you are human and why animals are animals! Understanding Hinduism requires intelligence, not just faith! 💙
