    I wonder if these are as good as the ones I had in China. Cannot find an equivalent recipe in the states yet.

      Don't know the ones you had in China was dry or wet ones. You can try this recipe, hope you like it. The taste is really delicious because all people around me who tried say it's very good. I am very gald you are interested in Chinese food. Thanks.

      @@PeoplesTaste The ones I had were dry. I had them in Tianjin. Every time one of us goes back to Tianjin, we make sure to get our fill of them.

    我跟足妳教的步驟做了,但是並不脆,咬下去有些soft 的感覺。請問如何改正而令到花生米脆呢?thanks!

    真的要煮30-40分钟吗?太长了吧?!不过我会试一试的。这个很像我们天津的五香果仁

      要根据花生的量和大小灵活掌握,总之煮熟了入味就行
