Cost 350 a month for new 3 bedroom 3 bath home. Had ac installed in all rooms. My wife has no desire to live in usa, for family and her business reasons. I have no need to live fulltime in colombia for family and work reasons. She comes here i go there. So we are together half the year. But half the time we mvwet in other places. Panama city or quito. But to me other then the heat cali for the win
Great video, dude. Just spent a week in Cali. Also spent a couple days in Buenaventura. I’m liking the modern style Medellin looks like it offers but Cali is much more raw Colombian. And of course way cheaper. And probly a good time now to get into real estate in Cali.
I hope Cali beats the Medellin Regionalista vibe and the gold digger vibe. This is overall social and dating scene, not easy to assimilate with paisas . They look at you as an opportunity, very parasitic. But I can’t judge Colombia without going to Cali and smaller towns.

The few I’ve met, I met in Cartagena, so can’t speak for the men in Cali or Medellín necessarily. However, I will say that they are just my type: romantic, affectionate, hard-working, creative…just the perfect balance of healthy masculinity & healthy femininity. They hug and say “I love you” to their male friends and family members with no issues. My current Colombian male partner also has 0 issues cooking, cleaning, taking care of me, & fulfilling my love languages every single day. 🥰 I planned to stay only 1 week in Colombia, but ended up falling in love and making new life plans. lol We are in Medellín now. 🙂
