      Also in one of your shots when you were driving, you passed by the house that was never lived in the story I was told as a kid was the house was built but it was built on a fairy way and the owners only ever lived in it for one night, it’s only about a mile or two from where you were when you went down in the cave

    I just visited Ireland 2 months ago and had a great time. I wish I had known about this cave! Although, it's a bit far north from where we passed through. I did see New Grange, Knowth, and the Hill of Tara, though. I would definitely go back, but I do need to see Scotland (it's my #1 place I want to see and was bummed we couldn't make it 2 months ago).

    Yay! I am excited for this series :) It is great to see Kevin and you working together for this project. Part of my Ancestry is Irish, and like Kevin, there are Gaelic Gods that I venerate along side the Norse Gods. The ties to the land that you see with the Mythos IS incredible. It's a nod towards the ancient tie of indigenous peoples to their land. You see that with Native Americans, Indigenous Australians, the Sami in Northern Finland, Sweden and Norway, the peoples of Northern Russia, and many places where people occupied a land for hundreds of generations. It was cool to see the cave so thank you for taking us around. I wouldn't be able to step into that...tight closed in places freak me out. Great video! Can't wait to see the next! 💜

    Anyone else having volume issues? Most other videos here on RUclips I have at 20% volume on my device, but his I always have to turn his up to 90%. Is it just me? It certainly causes me to skip videos when I'm watching/listening to things at work, especially if there are ads.

    • @TheWisdomOfOdin
      @TheWisdomOfOdin  9 дней назад +2

      Sorry this happens for you! Not sure what it is. I have tried a few things over the years but there always seems to be some people who have audio issues. On apple devices (which is what I edit on) I have my volume at 40% and that's what I edit my audio to rest at.
      Not sure what the solution is :(

      @@TheWisdomOfOdin Wouldn't have mentioned it if it wasn't consistent with your channel specifically and across multiple videos on multiple devices in case there was some issue you weren't aware of. Wouldn't want that to affect your views and cause issues with the all-seeing algorithm because of all the hard work you put into your videos. @@TheWisdomOfOdin actually I also have this issue. On my TV (pretty standard LG) all other videos I have set to vol. 7-8, while almost all yours I have to bump volume to 13-15. Also, in this particular video the volune is not constant, so at some point it's ok at vol 13, while in other even at vol 15 I can barely understand a thing.
      Still, great video and I can't wait to watch more 😊

      @@TheWisdomOfOdin The Irish are social drinkers and can handle their drink and love discussion and debate with a few drinks. I have never seen it lead to violence unless we're talking about about the invasion by another country😀. Here in the US is where I see a lot of people (not all) that cannot socialize and drink at the same time, When you go to the bar there you will find lots of people that have knowledgeable intellectual conversations on you'er Topic, especially in the west Connacht ( ask someone to help pronounce it when there🤣) When I was young growing up there a lot of the old timers had great handed down stories some of them lost to time I wish I had had more interest back then and could remember half of them. Have fun enjoy your trip. If YOU can't handle your drink stay out of the bars🤣Back in the day I would have told you to go to the small bars out in the rural country areas and find old timers to talk to but both are hard to find, if there is any left.
