In this episode, we’re keeping it real about the ups and downs of Shaeeda’s final trimester. She’s been dealing with a lot of pregnancy blues lately, and we want to share her experience with all of you in hopes that other moms-to-be can relate and feel supported.
💙 What’s going on with Shaeeda?As she enters the last stage of pregnancy, it’s been harder than ever for her to get a good night’s sleep. The growing baby is making it tough to find a comfortable position, and she’s been getting up constantly throughout the night to go to the bathroom. 🙈
On top of that, digestion has been a huge struggle. Shaeeda is finding it difficult to process her food normally, which leaves her feeling bloated and uncomfortable after almost every meal. It’s a real challenge at this point, but we’re doing our best to stay positive and focus on the excitement of meeting our little one soon! 💫

Hello beautiful lady! I have 4 lovely, grown children. As my pregnancies progressed I found eating 5-6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 regular was much better for me. It was better for my breathing, and comfortability. Those last couple weeks feel as long as the entire pregnancy. Embrace the miracle of your body growing a precious baby that the two of you created.

Last two months was rough for me 😂 but I had an overall great pregnancy
Do you see why God does not gave people their heart desire. This woman wanted a baby for so long. She had a miscarriage, now that she is pregnant she has complained from her first trimester until now. Every time you see her she is complaining. My mother had eight of us and it was a thrilled for her to be blessed with us all. I had my children and I have never complained one day in my life because it was a blessing for me from beginning to end. Everyday I woke up during my pregnancies I thank God for loving me so much and for letting me have such adorable children who were healthy and cheerful all the time. My children are a blessing to me and I love them so much, but all this woman does is go on every social media outlet and complained about her pain, problems, cravings. There isn’t anything she keeps to her self. Girls gave baby at fifteen years old and their parents don’t even know that they are pregnant. She is in her forties complaining on RUclips, social media, Tik Tok, Facebook book you name it. Modern technology has taken over people’s personal life and inner most thoughts and secrets which they shared with the whole world. Her husband looks like he is in his sixties and mentioned he is in the Real Estate business, isn’t he ashamed that his co- workers, friends, church members and people he works for sees his wife and him behaving like an immature attention seeker trailer trash. I have never seen such insecurities in my life as yet. This couple does not served God, but something other than God. No wonder he can’t keep a wife. This is his fourth marriage and it already seems to be going down hill. Not because you are of light complexion makes you think you are beautiful. In the middle of this hot summer she has on so many layers of garments and her head is tied with a cap on even in the house. No wondered why she is stress out. Too many clothing.
It’s truly amazing what women do to give life and have a child. It is so much harder to take a deep breath and sleep at the end and for me acid reflux is so bad I keep having to sit up in the night. I have two more weeks

Shaeeda, you got this. You are doing great. Everything you are experiencing is part of the pregnancy. When walking or doing anything physical take you time, if you takes you an extra 10 minutes to get something done then it takes an extra 10 minutes. Give yourself more time to do things. Hang in there, just a couple more months, the time will go by fast and it will all be worth it once the little one is here.
Why need this sympathy child bearing isa normal thing most women go through that u wanted a baby so enjoy your pregnancy. ❤😂

You need a pregnancy pillow, Mama! Those help when you start getting big ssssoooo much. Your pelvis expands and it causes a lot of back pain. You wrap your legs around a pregger pillow and it makes a world of difference on your achy back. Love your videos and journey!

Just think about the baby in your arm and all the i love you mommy and the hugs he will give you. During labour i felt like i was dying and i cried because i felt like the pain wasn't worth it. If i could go back in time and relive this day i would because God gave me the most precious little boy ever and so will you
I've slept in a recliner chair for years!! The only actual bed that im comfortable and safe in is a hospital bed!!

I went through this with my twins and my youngest child. Both pregnancies had me sleeping sitting up with a back rest and had trouble breathing when lying down the last few weeks. You are doing great and sleep when you can and rest as much as you can. Prayers for you all. ❤

You are doing great, all the right things for the third trimester. The reflux feeling after a meal is very common in the third so hang in there.
My friend had the same issue and it was during one of the hottest summers in San Diego. She was miserable. She slept in a recliner too towards the end. But she gave birth to a beautiful son, who is the goofiest person that I've had the pleasure to know and watch grow up. 😊
Shaeeda,i feel you,i had my last baby at 37...i feel the heavy breathing ,i dont know you, but i pray that this baby come here huge, healthy, beautiful, whole, blessed,handsome....and will all be waiting to welcome him,(enjoy this Shaeeda,the good and the challenging part of pregnacy)

Thank you for showing that pregnancy, though a beautiful journey, isn't always "fun." I got pregnant six months after a miscarriage. It was my first sustained pregnancy, I had a friend make me feel terrible by telling me I didn't seem grateful to be pregnant and I was complaining too much. My daughter is 17 now, my only child, and my" friend" has never met her.

My "friend" had an ectopic pregnancy and I was there for her. A year later I'm pregnant and she never came to my gender Reveal or birthday and she's really distant.

My mom gave me the following advice when you reach your 3rd trimester, not sleeping, and think you will pass at 102 and still be pregnant. Cherish, this time you will never be this close to your child. You know where he is, he’s got a full belly, he’s safe and warm. The only time you are his whole world depending you and you are giving him everything he needs.
I had my son first and I used to cry almost every single night during the last month because I’d have to use the bathroom every single hour so I couldn’t sleep at night especially and I had to lay my head on my husband’s chest to breathe. Then I had 35 1/2hrs Labour from Saturday night till Monday around noon. He’s now 23 years old ❤

Right there with ya lady. I’m in my 37th week and dealing with lots of discomfort at night along with lots of trips to the bathroom and acid reflux. One thing that did help was going to the chiropractor for my lower back pain and for the extreme rib pain I got. Also can’t eat very much in one sitting as I always feel so full and bloated for hours. Can’t wait to meet my baby and be over with this trying time! ❤

I am in my 3rd trimester too😊 and I couldn't drink milk before, eat beef ,fish or onions not even the smell, but now I can cook and eat by myself. Am grateful but as u say the load is too much but am grateful as a 1st time mom to be

Hey beautiful, I was pregnant with twins, and I was sleeping on my back by the fourth month. No two people are the same, so whatever works for you is what is most essential. I also recommend Ginger gravel , it non drowsy and saved me! Good luck, and don't over think things. My OBGYN gave me the best advice, if we have a healthy diet, our bodies do not need all these supplements. We do not live in a 3rd world country where resources are few. Prenatal Vitamins absolutely, the rest you can consume naturally which is the best. Xo love you and you will be the best momma! ❤
All women are different during pregnancy,I have 2 grown sons they are 18 yrs apart,I myself never experienced any discomfort during my pregnancies only morning sickness with my youngest, my sister was so much like your self 😟with all 3 of her pregnancies but joy cometh in the morning and that’s a healthy bundle of joy 💙💪🏽

Wow youre having the same issue I had with my pregnancy during the last trimester! I would get so panicky whenever I lay down just in general and also because it was hard to breath. I had to sleep on the couch in my secind trimester and then in my third trimester i had to barrow my dads recliner and sleep on that until I had my baby. Sorry to see youre having that same uncomfortableness ❤

You are not alone. I'm having back pain and can not sleep for three weeks. If it's cold, I can't eat only eggs, fruits, and water. But the swollen foot sometimes.

If you take iron with calcium they cancel each other out. Do calcium at night as it can only be absorbed when your sleeping and iron in the morn.
Same with Vit. D, don't take with Iron.

I've had Covid 5 times and each time I had brain fog for about 2 months this last time a few months ago was not as bad as the last 4 occasions.
