    I just saw a car built as the Speed racer Mach 5 and thought of this car. And, here it is. Outstanding work!

    I saw the video this was designed after and now this car and it has to be the wildest thing I've ever seen on 4 wheels.

      In the film they state that the has two engines, and so do this one.
      But the turbine engine in the back is too loud and also delivers too much power to the wheels....

    Echt cool dass dieses wunderbare Automobil noch existiert. In diesem wunderbaren Auto saß schon Terence Hill vor mehreren Jahrzehnten und der Wagen hat sich kein bisschen verändert nicht mal farblich er sieht immer noch aus wie vor langer Zeit...

    Different, a bit over the top but at least it runs and drives, 6 pipes but engine sounds like a big V8. At least i hope it gets to and from shows under its own power NOT on a trailer!!!!!!!!!!!!

      Trust me mate, that car is monster on the road, with big block Chevrolette V8 motor. It CAN go by its own power, but it's not road safe and can't be moving anywhere except on a track.

    • @MichaelEricMenk
      @MichaelEricMenk Год назад +2

      @@AlexKrossLoreThe car is road legal, and is road safe as cars was back in the days.
      The rear engine is too loud and too powerful, so they are not allowed to use the rear engine on public roads.
      I would guess that they do not drive it to location in order to limit the changes of damage in traffic accidents...

      The six in the front is just decoration. It’s a chevy 454 under the hood that are bored up a little bit. Last time it was out was sometime around 2011. The turbine people fantasize about it’s also there just to get the exterior accurate, and couldn’t not be useful to get the car forward. It’s no air duct out, and the turbine would have to be placed forward. I’ve seen this car close up outside public events, and know enough that the chevy V8 is the only power source. It’s more than enough roadsafe, but the road authorities had putted limitations on the use. Don’t ask me why. The car stands too much still, and it’s always something when it’s taken out for a spin. Ivo Caprino used it more in his time. A car needs to be used……..

    • @MichaelEricMenk

      @@erikkolloen1570 Caprino have in an interview on NrK (Norway's Public Broadcasting System) why they do not use the turbine in the back.
      1. The noise level is too high.
      2. The shaft output power is too high, making it dangerous to drive.

    • @erikkolloen1570
      @erikkolloen1570 Год назад +1

      @@MichaelEricMenk I don’t care what he said in that interview. Remo likes to make a little fuzz around the car. His father Ivo never talked about it, and I understand why. I saw that car up close under a engine overhaul many years ago. No airduct, no other connection to the rear axle other than intermediate shaft. If the turbine was functioning it would have lacked a lot of air. Turbine engines depends on air. I’m not easy to fool, and have mechanical insight…. The car itself is impressive. It’s built very accurate.

    Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned
    from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the
    Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by
    reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated
    central gas station per city or county. Now they even want to slow down
    all the gas pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From
    2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as
    exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox
    oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no
    investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even
    created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime.
