I believe it was during a panel Jared and Jensen talked about how professional she was and how the "Paris Hilton" was really an act. She would slip into the dumb blond as needed.

You guys forgot about Amy Acker, she starred as Andrea Barr in the Supernatural first Season episode Dead in the Water, literally the 3rd episode. She was a major player in the Buffyverse starring first as Fred then later Illyria on the series Angel. She also would go on to have other notable roles as Kelly Peyton on Alias, Root on Person of Interest, Caitlin Strucker on Gifted, and Dr. Claire Saunders on Dollhouse. While also being in episodes of shows like Ghost Whisperer, Grimm, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. among others.
She is pretty awesome, yeah. She also did a char on the remake of MacGyver.
You missed Dee Wallace who starred in Cujo! This was a fantastic cameo from another horror movie legend- how could she be left out???

Here are some of the Characters they forgot, Katie Cassidy (Ruby 1) in Arrow, Aimee Garcia (Nancy Fitzgerald) in Lucifer, Jake Abel (Adam Winchester) in Percy Jackson, Sabastian Roche (Balthazar) in The Vampire Diaries/Originals, Melissa Roxburgh (Violet and Lila Taylor) in Manifest, Sara Canning (Linda the Amazonian) in The Vampire Diaries, Timothy Omundson (Cain) in Psych, Nathaniel Buzolic (David Lassiter) in The Vampire Diaries/Originals, Elisabeth Blackmore (Toni British men of letters) in The Vampire Diaries, and many more.
Yes but all these roles happened after SPN when I remember right. 😊
Half the cast of “Stargate: SG-1” (ran for 10 seasons, with 2 followup films and 2 spinoff series) and “Stargate : Atlantis” (5 seasons) have appeared on SPN. Amanda Tapping even played the angel Naomi in a recurring guest role, and Teryl Rothery appeared twice (as different characters). Those shows predated SPN.
Half of these names you listed, like Katie Cassidy, Jake Abel and Sebastian Roche, didn't make the list because they had prominent roles within the respective seasons in which they starred in, that was literally stated in the beginning of the video, their part has to be small and memorable, Katie, Sebastian and Jake all had season long roles, where they all had significant relevance to their seasons respective plots, so they didn't make the cut.
Honestly, you could make a list going season by season. There are so many! As you said, long series. My favorites were usually those that had a few episodes, not just one-offs.
I actually have a list of actors who've crossed over between multiple shows I've watched. All of these are on here, minus one because I never knew that the actress playing Lilith was also on ANT farm.
Also with the #1 cameo on the list, the woman he makes the deal with is portrayed by Emily Perkins. She played Brigitte Fitzgerald the sister to Ginger Fitzgerald in the Gingersnaps trilogy werewolf movies. Supernatural has always been one of my top fav TV shows of all time. The chemistry between Jensen and Jared as brothers is unmatched, in the show & real life, they pretty much became like true bros. Then after when Misha got introduced into the mix, things just got even cooler.
Emily Perkins also portrayed Beverly Marsh in part 1 of the two part tv mini series of Stephen King's IT from 1990.

Tyler Johnson who as a child is in the episode bugs and later returns as the angel Alfie is well known as Stewart on Letterkenny. Also from Letter Kenny is Nathan Dales who plays Dary on the show but in supernatural is Oscar the immortal boy that Rowena loves more than anyone.

I miss Jerry Trimble who played Ramiel in S12E12 (if I remember it right). He was a world champion in kickboxing and he's been in several movies and series (even had a very small role in Heat) and how could you forget about their dad played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan????
I remember Ashley benson in the season 4 episode and one of her co stars also makes an appearance in season 8
Cant forget Sterling K. Brown.
Missed a few other Buffy/Angel alum with Mercedes McNab who played Harmony on those shows and a vampire on Supernatural, Amy Acker from Angel, Felicia Day from Buffy (although she was a reoccurring character so she may not count). Jewel Staite from Firefly played a momentary love interest of Sam's and a monster that was killed by Dean. Katherine Isabelle and Emily Perkins both from Ginger Snaps were also on the show although Emily Perkins was in a few episodes and Katherine Isabelle was in two.

In the episode "Faith", The actor who played the Preacher was Kevin McNulty, who has 230 acting credits to his name.. Watch tv prpgrams from the 1980s, and you are certain to see him pop up. Alex Diakun was also in that episode (as "The Reaper" - He also played "Mr. Villi" in "What's Up, Tiger Mommy?" - He was killed by Sam with Mjölnir, The Hammer of Thor.).
You had the many appearances of the cast of Eureka. Not counting Felicia Day; you had Matt Frewer; Erica Cerra; Neil Grayson, and Chris Gaithersburg. There may have been a few others, but those I definitely recall.
The episode with Tricia Helfer is the most beautiful episode ❤

Did they cover Aldis Hodge? We know him now as Hawkman in Black Adam and Alec Hardison in the show Leverage. But way before that we knew him as Jake Talley, one of the many children of the Yellow Eyed demon that fought for dominance in the episode(s) All Hell Breaks Loose. (Season 2, 2007)

Annie Wersching appeared in an episode in 2007 (before 24 made her famous) where she notably thought the Winchesters were a couple. Annie would date Paula Marshall's character in "Out of Practice" and Paula is famous for mistaking George and Jerry for a couple in a famous episode of Seinfeld. Nat that there's anything wrong with that.
Ted Raime brother of Sam Raimi Evil Dead and Spiderman director as well as a ton of other films. Ted was in all hos brpthers films sometimes in multiple roles. Ted is a legend in the fanboy realms. Ted was in the episode with the wishing well and the suicidal alcholic giant Teddy. Hmmm any other video comment that wpuld have sounded odd.

Granted there area few more that were missed, but when you have 2 in yhe same episode 1 gets on the list, and the other doest even get an honorable mention, which if they had that list it might be longer than the Top 10, but i mean it's Don Stark, now granted Bob wasn't a horror character, but he's definitely known.

Dean's son? Are you talking about Ben? Cuz that was a different actor....there was a Sean Flynn in an episode, but that was the character's name. The Zoey 101 actor you're thinking of was never in Supernatural
