- In the sixth instalment of the series, the team delves into the details of a major defeat for Watchtower as it desperately tries to keep secret its records of pedophiles.
A court in the USA has ruled against the organization, meaning that they must pay over $2million in fines due to failure to comply with a court order requiring them to produce years' worth of documents.
Karen Morgan, an abuse survivor from the UK, also joins the team to discuss her experiences in seeking justice, and shares some fascinating insights hinting at the underhanded tactics resorted to by Watchtower when defending child abuse cases.

Important work. My family are on the cusp of leaving this organization, I just want us all to be free of the Watchtower for good
I am currently binge watching this series and trying to work at the same time. I am so thankful that you and the other participants in this series are getting the truth, the real truth, out to those of us who have lived in the F.O.G. (Fear, Obligation and Guilt). I no longer feel guilt that I will die forever during Armageddon because my God is a loving God who knows my heart. Thank you again.

We live in the end times. No not for non-believers. For the WT organisation and JW's. I can't wait to live in a world of 'paradise' without the scum of the earth that is the Watchtower that ruined my childhood.

Having being raised in the JW, I can’t start to imagine Karen’s strength to even go to the police with this. It takes serious courage to do this. The sophisticated tactics of fear and secrecy are such that I’m shocked anyone is brave enough to fight. It’s scary to think how many cases there really are..
Omg I have been through such a roller coaster of emotion watch this stuff. I had absolutely no Idea about any of these things to do with JW's to me they're just people who knock on my door once in a while to give out magazines with dubious content. Same as the Mormans but what an education I've just got from you guys. A close friend of my let them in to talk to her & they have been coming over every week going through some book with her, she told me she doesn't want to be rude to them & tell them to go away cos they are soooo nice! I'm showing her this tomorrow!
What ever happens to "obey higher Authority"? Showing clearly they show absolutely no regard for Jehovah's word.
Watchtower doesn't care if they lose a case in lower courts. They want to push cases into the Supreme Court and win and set new precedents to brag about. I've heard that more than once from the platform. I'm a good listener with a good memory.
Totally, it makes their members believe even more that they are being blessed by Jehovah and the organization.

That's a lot of money that could be given to a starving JW;but watchtower rather let the court have it.

Karen is right! Most of us just want an apology publicly and some kind of assurance that JW will make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else but all they want to do is brush it under the rug and hope you give up. When I went to the elders I had to pursue my case the elders never helped me or updated me or perused the case, I had to chase and fight for answers. As I said in my RUclips post if you are a victim go to the police, watchtower will do nothing for you but protect the elder who is the abuser. . Victims need help to heal and watchtower encourages you NOT. to go to police or doctors for mental health.?Thank you to all the victim who join our voices together to stand up against Watchtower and thank you to all the supporters of victims .

I agree with karen that they know they are sitting on a house of cards. When compared with what the bible says about being "in the land of straightforwardness" they have descended into the depths of obfuscation and crookedness. Hence they know that "Armageddon" is far from being a salvation but more of a sword of Damocles.

Same with my mother, I showed her a news report about the Australian Royal Commission and she took no notice to it and how serious it was.
I believe that WT knows if they turn over there database they will have a even bigger problem on there hands. Possibly to the point they will have to go before the Supreme Court. So to them it makes more sense to simply pay $4000 a day. What does that tell you about how much money they are pulling in per-day! And what doesn’t that tell you about how much they care about the children’s lives!

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Why on Earth are religions - clergy privilege or not - allowed to keep the anonymity of child molesters? Laws should change, worldwide, to protect the most vulnerable in our societies.
The terrible thing is that ANY elder would know that WT keeps records of all "Serious Sins", CSA included, given that you have to send all judicial records to the branch.

I completed the requirements to have a channel today and will be posting soon. I will be contributing significant resources to exposing methods the WTBTS uses. I will be focusing on key concepts. I will demonstrate a higher argument questioning the GB right to elect themselves as Gods spokesperson. I have reasonable exposure to sound psychological concepts through my university education. I intend to show the psychological control methods being used by WTBTS. I will demonstrate basic methods that allow an individual or corporation to take full control of behavior and even physical activity of another persons that current and former JW will understand what was done to them. I will consolidate the argument so as to strip the GB of its arrogant self conceived right to establish and perpetuate the religion.

Are you allowed to discuss legal cases that are still ongoing? I wouldn't like you to break the law. This series of videos is really very interesting - I have only just discovered them on RUclips..
I have alot respect in Karen Morgan. She was been very unfair in the congregation.
For Watchtower it's all about Obfuscation tactics and kicking-the-can-down-the-road to abdicate any responsibility, complicity, or accountability as accessories and accomplices in aiding and abetting like Zalkin said. $4,000 per day and $2 Million total is a drop in the bucket to Watchtower as they sold The Towers Hotel for $200 Million alone, this after selling off most of Brooklyn Bethel to Jared Kushner for over $1 BILLION the last several years. Hopefully many more lawsuits will be filed and won in behalf of JW paedo abuse and domestic violence abuse victims also under "Two Witness Rule" control and some justice will start to finally be served.
Its almost as if an organisation which discourages education in general, and critical thinking specifically, has a hard time putting together a competent legal team....

Disturbingly so. It's almost as though they delight in the pain caused to victims by prolonging their anguish in pursuit of justice.

This is very interesting thank you for this information. I was a victim of abuse by my Uncle he was a ministerial servant at the time. My brother also abused me and my sisters were also sexually abused. I was forced to sleep in my brothers room. He was 17 I was 7 but it started much earlier. This organization is close door polocies a pedophiles dream come true! The children are victims and shushed. I was told I intisted my uncle LOL I was 4 years old. 2 witness polosies ok who was going to watch my brother and uncle having sex with me that is sick sick sick. I lost my whole family but looking at it now I never had a family that loved me because they never protected me the fed me to the Lions!!!!

why do you squirm and move about so much, it's very distracting..maybe a nervous condition or an uneasiness you have or maybe something deeper.Maybe if you become more conscience of it you can either slow your movements down or stop
