Is really put use of the cut off speaker space, they also give you some grip/edge to hold your phone without incidentally press something while holding your phone. But as always you pay too much for a thing that is cheaper in the competitor store.
I was looking foward to getting the iPhone X or iPhone XS , or XS Max, or XR or 11, or 11 Pro, or 11 Pro Max, or iPhone SE (2nd generation) iPhone 7, or 7 Plus, or 8, or 8 Plus or 12 or 12 Pro or 12 Pro Max or 13, or 13 Pro or 13 Pro Max when I get older (like at age 18 or 19)

I don't see the notch as an intrusion, rather I see the "ears" on either side an as expansion. Because compared to other phones, it is.
Its the same dual 12mp cameras but u get a f2.4 on the x instead of f2.8, and OIS on both cameras on the x instead of just the primery camera on the 8.
It's not worth a grand so I'm going to wait for it to go down to at least 800 before I purchase it. But It does look like a beautiful device and I'm an Android user. Thinking of definitely making the switch.
I don't know if this was a sarcastic video or not. But nonetheless this phone is not worth that price, is not a bad phone just not worth 1,000 dollars plus tax here in US. The box looks lame, no fast charger, no AirPods, no headphone jack, no physical or pressure sensitive home button, not the best display in the market (only best in Apple lala land), no hifi audio, no IP68, Pixel camera is proven to better with one frickin lens, not the brightest display, no fingerprint scanner... When you see all the cons you start questioning why does it cost so much?? Oh yeah I know why, the Apple logo in the back.
Mine is October 8 I would recommend you to not get the x I would recommend you to get the 11 or the se because they will run better the x is already old so It won’t be updated soon. But that’s just me The iPhone SE looks like the iPhone 8 but the engine and speed is way way better
