I feel like charice’s version is technically correct but It lacks emotions appropriate to the song. My vote goes to Morissette, my second would be Kelly.
If I were only listening to Charice (now Jake Zyrus) I would appreciate it so much but watching her then was worrisome to me as her technique was a strenuous one. It’s noticeable by her tongue curling backwards. Not comparing the vocal quality to Morisette but if you observe Morisette while singing, she has the most relaxed technique and she maintains it that way as her tongue is usually flat on its bed despite her vocal gymnastics.
For a man, I think Gabriel's version is incredible, he transitions very easily between the registers and sings the high notes effortlessly
