Hi Adrian So far So good yes I would put both sides panels on the train otherwise it would look very odd the decals look very good I would hold the train down on the tracks with elastic bands so all the wheels would touch the tracks when you glue it and use a drop of superglue to hold it looking forward to the finished model [ good video thanks] 👍🏻
Many thanks as always Bruce!! I think in hindsight I would have glued the wheels onto the track earlier in the build to make sure they aligned properly!
Excellent build my friend. I wanted to build the Motorhead truck, but i'm no good at building models. So i had to settle for the new Corgi Motorhead truck, also got the Iron Maiden one as well, slightly small but they still look great.
Many thanks Rikki! The thing about the Motorhead truck, is that the kit is more or a less a snap fit kit, and requires very little modelling to it. In fact the decals would require a little patience, and with it being in black plastic (and if you're not too fussy) could get away without painting the body work.
Going on how the Italeri 1/72 Sea Harrier I built last winter had just enough of a warp in the plastic that even after I filed and filled the crap out of it the wing still sits slightly crooked, I suspect the body tilt could well be because one of the sprues holding parts of in the chassis had just enough of a warp to throw everything off.

I agree Tony, I wasn't expecting much from this kit, it was very cheap, so I got what I paid for!!
